A quick drive from the airport. Walked right in and was greeted by no less than 3 people, including the manager. Struck up a nice conversation with him and the very new employee that checked us out. Everybody was so nice. The new employee was trained very well (but still apologized for being slow??? We were in and out of there so quickly!!!). Checked out the car, maintained well and nice and clean. Got two waters to go and we were on our way. We would totally rent from here again.

People were nice. Enterprise’s policy and way of conducting businesses sucks. Don’t allow me to put a reservation for a vehicle down if you don’t have any vehicles available no matter how long or short in advance. I had made a reservation the previous day. Then go in when my reservation is supposed to be ready then i get told they don’t have any vehicles available. On top of that all the surrounding enterprise locations are all unavailable as well. Also, the guy was helpful in trying to figure out how to get me in anything they had coming up but refused to take my debit card and said that i needed a credit card. ANY ENTERPRISE IN NY only will allow you a rental car if you have a credit card. So I’m car-less and I’m not visiting Niagara this time. Visited all the way from Texas. Next time i guess.

Dishonest & discriminatory"This booking was paid for by my insurance company. My responsibility was the daily tax.Unfortunately, no one informed me about the black-tie dress code. I was wearing my construction clothes because I was on my lunch break. From the moment I walked in, I felt discriminated against.Alex served me reluctantly. All my details were sent over by my insurance company. She informed me that it was the policy to ask for a secondary telephone number of a friend or workplace 'just in case we can't locate you; it's policy.' In other words, it's in case you steal the car. Apparently, I look like someone who steals. I asked for a copy of the policy and found out that it's not the policy to take a secondary number.My suspicion of discrimination or racism was heightened when she asked this. I've never been asked that, and I'm fairly advanced in age. She also had possession of my credit card and attempted to overcharge me. When I asked why there was an increase, she rudely replied, 'that's just how much it is.' She walked off mid-conversation to speak with her supervisor, Sam. She returned with a suggestion of a payment plan for the inflated price, which I refused.She repeatedly walked off mid-conversation, presumably because I had questions. Isabel, whom I spoke to before arriving, returned to the office and confirmed the lower original price.In short, I spoke to the district manager. He told me, 'We are all going to be treated badly in this world, and Enterprise doesn't discriminate because their regional manager is black and lives in Amherst (a suburb).' It got much worse than that comment. I feel so naive. I should have taken action. I've never been treated like this based on my appearance.Be sure to wear a tuxedo and have your calendar at the ready.

I rent from Enterprise Cheektowaga Office at least 4 times a year, 2 cars per rental and the service, availability and personal touch from management to agents is superior to any other agency I have ever used in past years before my "marriage" to Enterprise. I recommend the Cheektowaga Office without reservation for a stressful, quality experience.

They are really nice and friendly team I liked the way they handled entire process I had particular request for car seat for my infant they made sure they called me at least couple of days before to confirm all the requirements...on the day of rental there was a 20 min delay but they made everything possible to arrange for alternate car.. as the car they had initially planned had some issue but overall satisfied about their service ans empathy... highly satisfied with their details to attention about customer service

The staff were very nice. They called me a couple days before my reservation started to confirm my reservation. They also called me a day before return. It was nice having someone call me on the phone. I felt comfortable knowing that my reservation was confirmed.

I rent passenger Van's from this location several times a month.Always have had a great experience. Van is ready , clean and gassed.
