The employees are great they are respectful and kind. However this week my son was sent home on Tuesday in the morning a couple hours after we dropped him off because of “diarrhea”. I left work and took him home he has 1 soft stool the rest of the day, crazy how he had 3 diarrhea diapers in the couple hours he was there and none the rest of the day. There policy says he can’t come back for 24hrs so the next day I dropped him off later in the morning at the time I had picked him up the previous day, I only dropped him off because he hadn’t had any diarrhea in that 24hr period he was home.Wednesday they called me from work again stating that he had diarrhea and needed to be picked up again, this time was later in the afternoon about 2 hr before I got off work. Again no diarrhea before he went to bed although Thursday I had to pay a babysitter to watch him cause I can’t miss more work, once again no diarrhea throughout the entire day. Then..Friday today they called me to come pick him again because of diarrhea again! It’s so hard to believe when they say he has diarrhea when whenever he is home he has no diarrhea at all. To make matters worse when I went to pick him up he was in girls clothes and had a pull up on and not a diaper. He is 13 months I don’t think he’s ready for a pull up yet and maybe that’s why he’s poop supposedly leaked? Also we had diapers and another clean set of clothes in his bag that didn’t seem to be touched.Frequent passing of formed stools is not diarrhea, nor is the passing of loose, "pasty" stools, For them to classify it as diarrhea it would have to be 3 or more loose or liquid stools per day.So he went to daycare for 1 day out of this whole week yet we still have to pay a full weeks worth of day care which would be fine if them sending him home wasn’t a constant issue he has had about 4 full weeks the 4 months that we have been here. I don’t know about anyone else but how many people out there are able to afford to pay $390 a week for daycare and be able to take off as often as the call us to come pick them up, I can’t

My son started in September and I can not say enough good things about doodlebugs! His teachers are so attentive and it shows how much he is loved. He is always so happy when I pick him up in the afternoon and his teachers always have a full report ready to go. My son’s teachers are so warm and welcoming! Miss Lisa, miss Danielle, and miss Hannah have made starting daycare so much easier since I know how well he is loved! I can’t wait to see him thrive at this amazing center!

My son's been going to daycare at Doodlebugs since July and I have nothing but good things to say about them. He loves going and loves his teachers. The teachers in classroom 5 are awesome. They have a true open door policy and I always feel welcome. It is a very well run daycare.

We love the Doodlebugs Cheektowaga location! When you walk in you AND your child are greeted by name - always. Everyone is beyond friendly. The security/codes to get in makes me feel very safe and comforted. They treat our son like their own and he loves going there! Everyone is very friendly and it is VERY clean and sanitary. We love that we can login to the video app and check in on him when needed. Two thumbs up!

From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we’ve been consistently impressed with the care and nurturing environment provided by the staff here. My daughter’s teachers are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and attentive. They create a safe and loving atmosphere where children can learn and grow. It’s evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child. Thank you to the entire team at DoodleBugs Cheektowaga!

Don’t even hesitate just put your child there if you have the chance. I don’t even have to worry they make it their priority to take care of the kids. The teachers are passionate and the director is very good with communication. There’s no other place I’d rather. My child is in the best care. Everyone is welcoming.

Doodle bugs is supposed to be a great daycare, we are paying for full time day care 5 days a week but my son has been sent home at least once a week since we have started and if he hasn’t been sent home they have had some sort of holiday or something that they don’t except children. That’s all fine but if we are paying for full time child care we should receive full time child care not only a few days out of the 5 we are actually paying for. They called me from work to have me come pick up my son because he had a fever, I thought it was odd bc he had been perfectly fine and so I brought my own thermometer and took his temp as soon as I got there and he had no fever. A fever doesn’t go from 101 back to normal in an hour, so they either are not taking temp properly or are lying and I still had to take him home even tho he did not have a temp! I can’t keep missing a day of work every week and still afford to pay for day care. They need to fix their policies. As well as their customer service because they talk bad about parents in front of the kids and other parents which is unacceptable.

My daughter went to doodle bugs. This is one of the best daycares I have seen in my life. Teachers are really good. Safe place for a kid.

‼Doodlebugs on losson road in Cheektowaga ‼Discriminates against kids with disabilities and I want every parent to know that. My baby is nonverbal which they knew that when I called and also again when it came time for sign up. They treated him different than the other kids and not in a good way. After two weeks of watching my baby's on cameras wander around a class room and things snatched from his/her hands by the staff along with other children. I had a meeting with the director who is as dumb as a box of rocks and only cares about her staff who's not qualified. She simply told me that my son does not fit in with the other kids, as well to tell my husband that my son didn't want to watch the magic show they had planned and wouldn't sit still. He's 3 ! I'm sorry but do you really think a bunch of 3yr olds are going to sit still for an 1hr long magic show? After that's she recommended it would be best for him to go to another daycare. My son was there Monday, Wednesday, Friday and my daughter Tuesday and Thursday for two weeks. You didn't even give them a chance to get settled in. You care more about keeping staff than teaching and helping these young kids. When it comes to my kids I do not play we pulled both our kids immediately!! Such disappointment in this facility. my son went here when he was younger and was pulled when my daughter was born, And our experience with them at that time was amazing. How that facility went to shit in two years is absolutely crazy. For $389 a week they sure do treat your kids like shit. What happen to this " Learning Academy". Guess you have to raise robots to be perfect if you want your kids to socialize now a days.

Charged the wrong amount and best they can do is write a check to be mailed to me in 7-10 business days. When you already pay over $1400 for the month being charged the wrong amount is huge very disappointing they can’t help more

My daughter has attended Doodlebugs since she was three months old and she is almost 22 months old! She has had so many warm, caring, professional teachers! Teachers communicate how my daughter’s day was and if they notice if she is off. They all are so engaging. My daughter has learned so much in the few months she has been in the toddler classroom. She is starting to count and match colors. While we do this stuff at home, I know she has benefited from being at doodlebugs. She has loved all of her teachers. Anytime I had any questions or concerns they were immediately addressed by teachers or management. I highly recommend Doodlebugs! Especially to new parents! The cameras in each room to view your child through out the day and daily reports definitely give you comfort and insight how your child’s day was!

My child has attended the center since he was 4 months old. He is absolutely thriving because of the care and attention he receives at "school." He loves his teachers and looks forward to seeing them daily! The Center Director is very organized and always keeps us informed about any changes related to his care.

Our 3 year old has been with Doodle Bugs full time since September. His teachers have been fantastic. Miss Genesis and Miss Jen are his favorites and he lights up when he sees them. He has grown so much from the help and love they have given him

Ms. Genesis has made my son feel so comfortable since he has started daycare. He has gotten so good at being around other kids and has learned so much. My son runs right to her when he gets dropped off and for me as a parent that's a good sign and makes me feel like my son is in great hands with his Teacher. Thank you Ms. Genesis your the best!!!

I love this Doodle Bugs! I always feel so well informed when my kiddo is there for the day and I love the teachers and staff. My little guy gets to do so many activities and fun arts and crafts projects, I can tell he really loves it there.
