First time walking in here and I was shocked and amazed with their stock of helmets. The countless number of helmets to choose from and more importantly to try. The store was complete lit up, clean and well stocked.I was approached by Sarah and helped me almost immediately. I knew what helmet I wanted (Arai Quantum X) which was difficult to find in Canada. James also assisted in team selling and got the helmet for me. James even installed the pinlock proactively.For a first time buyer in Cycle Gear. James and Sarah made it a memorable experience. I will shop here again. Thank you.

Employee, I believe his name was James? Extremely helpful, took the time to fit me for my helmet, shoes, and gloves. Very nice guy, knowledgeable and focused on helping me but also helped other people when needed. Also took the time to look at some bikes I was looking at purchasing and gave me recommendations. Very appreciative of him!

My first time at cycle gear the experience was great. James took the time to point out helmets that he himself had experience with and which i should try to stay away from. After my visit i was pleased with the service and will definitely shop here again

? percent Love this place ? my only wish is that in the near future this wonderful place gets more bike accessories like LED lighting but overall this place has a wide selection of everything you need to get out there and ride safely. Amazing customer service and Awesome atmosphere ??
