Was in Buffalo for the day and came upon Cool Beat. My wife and I spent a couple of hours going through the records and speaking with Wayne who is very kind and knowledgeable about music. We left with a few records, some collectibles and made a new friend.

Good local stop. Lots of used stuff with a decent selection of new mixed in. Organization is alright but be prepared for a bit of digging for your fav artists, but thats part of the fun.

A nice selection of new and used albums. The owner seems to have recurring sales that go on from time to time, I was able to grab a B-52’s and CCR album for quite cheap which I was pleased with. Recommended!!

The store is old school. The owner is knowledgeable. I needed van morrison "moondance" he ordered it 7 days before Christmas. Got it 4 days before Christmas.

I would definitely call beforehand to ensure store hours. Got here around 2:30 and the place seems to be closed. And from several reviews, this seems to be a recurring thing. Not good.

I recently moved to Buffalo from Seattle and have been checking out the local record shops. I was starting to feel a bit underwhelmed until I visited this spot! Large selection. Well organized. Good prices. (I'm especially into soundtracks, and this place has an impressive collection of used soundtracks.) This is my new favorite local record shop!

Well organized and clean space. The very gentle owner went far and beyond to find what I needed. Great selection of new and used vinyl at low prices. Can't get any better. You must visit!
