“I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordability of old navy. Their 2024 summer linen line was impressive. 2024 Fall jeans are thick, sturdy, and fit curvy body types. Sweaters are made of at least 50% cotton. Overall, I can see the commitment to using more natural fabrics. Their clothes just feel good to wear. Staff here was friendly. The new card member deal blew my mind! 50% off when signing up plus an additional 30%?! And card members get additional discounts during sales. Keep it up!”

“What's not to love about Gap kids? The clothes are of very good quality and affordable when purchased during one of the many sales. Some of the styles are virtually scaled down adult Jean's and shirts that look amazing on kids. The pajamas are super soft and cottony and the tiny undies can't be beat. Two year olds out of diapers need underpants that fit! Many brands start at larger sizes. This location is very organized and spacious with pandemic rules in place including spots on the floor at checkout for social distancing and mask wearing signs aplenty. And hand sanitizer is available. We were greeted at entry and that was it. Nice to know if we need anything they're available but browsing was undisturbed. The cashier was meticulous about neatly folding the small articles of clothing, baby things are not easy to fold! She took great care, was courteous and kind. Lastly, I noticed a phone charging station available, something I'd never seen, see photos. Not sure if I'd use it, but seemed innovative. Galleria location of Gap is the best in the area for selection and service.”

“Store seemed decently clean. The selection of clothes was impressive. I usually go to the Burlington in Utica which pales in comparison. Burlington's prices are just unbeatable. Better than tjmaxx. My only complaint is that the boys clothing section was so small and empty, hardly anything on clearance.”

“Lori, Cheryl, Sarah, Vanya and Laylee put hours into making sure my wedding dress was absolutely perfect. I’ve already recommended this shop to two other brides I know because they care about wanting to make it right. They are all friendly and wonderful to talk to, personable and talented.I also had a bridal jean jacket taken in, and that came out perfect, too. For all of the work they did, I feel like the price was a steal. 10/10 would recommend”
