While in the hospitality industry for 18 years I have worked with Chudy Paper. Sean McCormack has been my sales representative for over 10 years. We have built a great relationship and is easy to work with. Communication is a huge thing with me and he does well. The drivers are amazing and organized. They are prompt as well. There have been times I have had to call to place a will call order and the customer service agents were always friendly and knowledgeable on the products as well.

Been doing re-di for about 10 years now. Been through a couple sales reps and have luckily landed with Katie Prim as an inside sales person directly.She is pleasant, knowledgeable and a major asset to the organization! Brian, our delivery guy is always efficient and also as well. We will keep doing business with Chudy for the foreseeable future.

I own a janitorial co.,17 years,and I have been buying products from Chudy ever since they were on Baily Ave.,I liked it better then.I was there on 2/4/2019 Things have been slow so I havnt been there in a while,I went to thier showroom and picked out 5 items I needed for a big job coming up and the young girl in the front told me that 4 out of 5 are special order and she was not knowledgeable of any products,there use to be a older lady there for years that was not there she had more experience,then Igave her my business name only to find out they got a new system and they closed out my account and I had to use a personal credit card,she then told me it would be a lot of paperwork to reopen my credit acct.I was there probably 1.5 yrs ago as I deal with others too and at that time I purchased some products and the young guy that came from the back to help me was not very friendly to me BUT friendly to another customer who was in office attire as I was dressed casually,I was offended as I have been a customer for yrs and my money is the same color.This place went way down hill,use to be a good Company years ago.Very Sad! I will have to take my business where its appreciated!
