I have been using carwell for three years and love the customer service- I am always greeted by the girl at the front desk with a smile. She is always pleasant. So far so good with the undercoating I have no signs of rust on my car. Thanks carwell!!

Stay away for this place . Had rust proofing done two days later all the rubber moldings around doors, hood were all FALLING off they did a terrible job called them , the lady said Oh well !!!!! Stay away!!!!!

Hey Single Ladies...I had an appointment for the rust spray undercoating this past September which I decided to cancel and reschedule due to not feeling well and trying to be considerate of others in case I had covid. The lady who answered did not reschedule my appointment but told me she would put me on a quick call list of some sort. I still have not received that call. I have since gone to Schmidt's who were honest, professional and did a great job. Thank you Lenny-Black Honda Fit Stick Shift.

This has got to be one of the top maintenance things you do for your vehicle. Our 2012 Silverado was done every year and looks awesome at 140,000 miles. 2014 Impala has 165,000 and still looks great. It only takes like 30 min or less once a year. Thank you Carwell!

Been to the shop on three occasions. Friendly staff, clean waiting area and bathroom. My Jeep has a lifetime warranty on it and I want to keep it as long as possible. So far, so good. Reasonable price too. The place is busy and it is located in Western NY where rust eats cars so it must work!

I have been going here since 2012, when I purchased my truck. It has been undercoated since, and the truck underside looks almost brand new. You do not see a single spec of rust anywhere on the frame. Great people to deal with and always have taken care of me and my family. Worth the money.

They are always kind and courteous. On the phone and in person. This is a business that understands much success in business is based on relationships. Making customers feel taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore, the product is excellent. I am now bringing my 3rd car to them, because of witnessing first hand how well the product performs here in the Rust Belt capital Buffalo NY. I've even go do far as to buy to go squirt bottles so I can apply it at home on my snow blower. It already had rust on it, but that rust has stopped spreading.

A couple of people warned me to not to take it here. I'll skip the details why. I took my truck here 2 out of the last 3 years. I had ZERO rust when I took my truck here originally. I did this purely for maintenance to make sure there is no rust. I just took my truck in for a minor repair and the mechanic couldnt believe how much rust was under my truck in a short period of time. If anything, it seems like the treatment sped up the process by a lot. I am extremely dissapointed.
