We recently visited and bought carpet from Carpet Smart and the experience exceeded my expectations. The owners were super friendly and had vast knowledge of high-quality carpets that would fit our family’s needs. They helped us pick out the perfect carpet color and were so patient with us. Installation was great and we love our new carpet so much. It was worth every penny.

Paid and ordered carpeting and the installers did not bring enough carpet...so they used cut-offs from two other rooms to "finish" the living room. The living room now has glue bubbles in the middle of the room and where each cutoff sections meet where they glued the cutoffs together. The installers said, "We didn't bring enough carpet." Living room has lines running in square sections in the middle of the room because they apparently cut off a part of the carpet to keep at the store to sell separatroy...instead of using OUR carpet for OUR place.Liars.ThievesThugs.

I did purchase carpeting years ago for my moms home the carpet is buckling at the front door but besides that I decided to give them another chance once I got thru the front doors no one offered to help me I had to ask and the salesman was very short and walked away from me and while walking away talking to me like I couldn't afford what I was looking at customer service is very important it starts once the customer walks through the door I was looking to replace carpet throughout my home very unpleasant experience I wouldn't recommend anyone of color and carpet smart on Walden don't even deserve 1 star I know now why they only have 3 stars.

Awesome place, and even better salesman. Went to multiple places and had no luck with quality/style of flooring I liked, after looking over their selection I was able to find the perfect flooring with the help of Brad. I will definitely be back. This place won’t disappoint.

Lamanted floor install in kitchen around six years ago, ends are turning up. This is the second install, had to pull up the first new floor due to install with nails. Daw this is a floating floor. Would not recommend..... But it's your money...

Brad was awesome helping us out with our kitchen flooring. He was very helpful and patient with me when choosing what flooring would work best. He was quick with calls back when checking pricing and was always friendly! I would highly suggest using this company again and would work with Brad again when I have flooring needs.

Great carpet for an amazing price! Install was quick, Brad was very informative and helpful throughout the process! I was alittle indecisive but he helped put me at ease and we were able to come up with the perfect match for me. Will absolutely be a returning customer in the future.

I purchased an area rug at the Walden location. A former employee is a friend of mine.when I contacted him about my purchase to confirm that I choose the best rug possible. He told me that I made the right choice but to be sure to use the 10% off coupon on the website. When I made the purchase the salesperson never mentioned to me about any coupon even after asking if there were any specials. The next day I returned to the store to save my 10% and the same salesperson was working. He told me that there was nothing he could do. He stated that sincce I did not have the couponwith me at the time of purchase he could not save me any $. When I asked him why he did not mention the online coupon he said" It is not My job to mention online specials". Then he proceeded to say the he wishes that my friend (a former employee) would just stay out of everything. The salesperson later the same day called me to say he spoke to the manager and that if I stopped by later they could save me the 10%. I feel that this call was prompted by an email that was sent to the corporate office. When I returned I did save my 10% without any apology or explanation.

Brad was great to work with helped me pick out the best carpet I could get for the price range I was trying to stay within. Great customer service. My install guy Bill was great also called the day before to confirm installation on the date and time I was given. Great job Guys.

Sales is good. They over sell you trim and flooring. Enough to do another room. They want to be sure you have enough. The installation is horrific. Them coming back to repair is even worse. Over a month since I went in to repairer the fix for repairs and no call. They said “couple weeks”. Their favorite answer. They hot glue your trim. So when you step in it it falls off. Very unreliable in responses. They should be ashamed of themselves. I do not recommend at all! Save yourself the time and trouble. Go somewhere professional.

This was literally the worst experience you can imagine for inquiring about carpet pricing/options. I kindly went out of my way to let Carpetsmart know that we went in a different direction in an effort to save their time and resources so they didnt come out and measure and estimate for a job i was not going to consider them for (after going in the direction of a family friend that referred us to a smaller local business). I received the most inappropriate email back from the "sales manager" Rob about how he expected the work to be done incorrectly by this other company and then bashed my business by saying that a competitor was better in the finale of his email. They are incredibly rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and not even worth considering. I am not one to write a bad review but this was simply horribly handled on every level possible.

I was planning on giving them a great review after meeting a Salesperson named Russ. He was very pleasant and had a great work ethic. However, the first issue was a "change" in price after being told they would price match. I ended up paying more than the quote I got from another company, but since I thought the customer service was going to be much better, I agreed to accept the sale. At the time, I paid the deposit (half down) and was GIVEN an install date and time of 9:30 am. I called to confirm the night before since I operate 2 businesses and had to be sure that I scheduled MY appointments around the install. They could NOT confirm the time and said that the Installers were home for the night. I called the next morning (day of install) since no one showed up at 9:30 am and was RUDELY spoken to by the store AND owner!!! I was called a LIAR by the owner and was left with no answers as to what time they would be there. He told me that I WROTE DOWN THE TIME WRONG. I have written documentation in handwriting by them that it was to be installed at 9:30 am on the date promised. I was NEVER given a 4 hour span (as he said they did). I was very upset and was given attitude and disrespect. Not only did they NOT show up any where near 9:30 am .. They came at 1 pm in the afternoon and stayed till 3:30 pm which in turn made me have to cancel MY appointments and lose a days work. Do not believe anything you hear from this company. They only get you in the door and then THEY are the ones who do not tell the truth. The only reason I'd give them ANY positive review is the Installers were excellent and would highly recommend them. They were a private company (I was told that Carpet Smart had their OWN installers, another lie) but the ones who did my install were amazing.
