City of Buffalo contracted them to mow the medians in the university neighborhood and they are destroying them. They are scalping the grass, doing no trimming and leaving the clippings. These were well maintained by residents and now being ruined

My experience with busy beaver had to be the most unprofessional, embarrassing, and aggressive behavior. Employees are treated as if they are not human, I witnessed a supervisor verbally attack one of his employees. He appeared to be on a substance, and was very aggressive. It was the worst interaction I have ever had, and I will never do business with this company again, as I felt unsafe, as well as the employee who was being attacked, and did nothing wrong. The supervisor did not care that he was in a public setting amongst youth in the community. He appeared to be on some sort of substance due to his behavior. When in public, no employee should be treated the way the supervisor acted, or at all for that matter. That man should be fired.Service: Gardening services

I really can't speak much to their landscaping abilities other than to say that they take care of the grounds at my wife's office and that they are always meticulously maintained. I can however speak to their honesty. Recently while cutting the lawn at my wife's office one of their employees damaged my wife's car. Accidents happen and the damage was minimal. This employee possibly could have gotten away without reporting the incident but chose to do the correct thing. Busy Beaver took care of the expense of having my wife's car repaired. I believe that an honest employee speaks volumes for how the company operates.

We wanted to get a jump on summer with new bushes, trees and shrubs in our yard. We called, and Busy Beaver was very friendly and sent Elizabeth out to our property for a quote and listened to how we wanted to design the yard. We had a great idea of what we wanted to do with the lawn and where to put the new trees and shrubs. They gave us a quote and it was very affordable and fair. They came out a few days later with the trees and sawd, took out some dead old bushes and planted the trees and laid the sawd down. They were quick, I was actually shocked at how fast they were able to start working. Fast forwarding a few days later, we now have and outdoor paradise. We might add and outdoor fountain too. I watched one the bosses/ managers yesterday with a White Ram back into a vehicle at one of the medical properties they maintain and damage a Parked vehicle and drive off like nothing ever even happened that's when I knew something was odd and very shady with this company. Do not ever work for this company , very unprofessional , careless and cheap. They are willing to hire anyone off the street and when I say anyone that would include complete morons and Individuals no professional demeanor. They let guys operate and drive their trucks , without valid / proper license. Not to mention they are cheap and careless about taking care of any Employee but themselves. Should name it "Beaver Schemer" not Busy Beaver
