I started with this company years ago and they were great. But, they are now run by this huge national corporation that is so terrible to work with that I’d caution anyone from doing business with them. Very disappointed. Shouldn’t even be called Buffalo CPAP anymore, but Adapt Health.

Store wasn’t interested in selling me replacement cpap parts without a script. Interesting business model turning down easy sales. Good luck with that!

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. My doctor sent a script in February of 2022 for a replacement CPAP since mine was part of the recall. They told me it would be a couple weeks and then kept saying a couple of more until they could get me a machine. I basically just decided not to get a new one and wait for my recall to come through. Buffalo CPAP contacted me in September of 2022 and offered me a machine. I wasn't going to do it but I decided to since my recall still didn't go through. Of course with my insurance I still owed money for my deductible so I paid over $600 up front. The mask I needed wasn't in stock at the Cheektowaga location and they were supposed to mail me one the next day. Over 2 weeks passed and I never received it. So I had called and was sent to a call center in Florida who basically ended up just comping me one since they had no idea what was even going on. Then I get the claim notice at the end of October and they never billed my insurance right away and my husband went to the emergency room in mid October so now the emergency room billed before the Buffalo CPAP so now I owe the emergency room my deductible amount even though I already paid to this place. I called 4 weeks ago and again had to speak to a call center and they said they were going to refund me part of the money in a 5 to 7 days. 2 weeks passed and nothing. I called a week and a half ago and now spoke to someone in Buffalo to get to the bottom of it. Come to find out the whole transaction never was even completed correctly, and then they were just taking out my monthly payment out of the refund they still owed me. So as of today, I'm getting a refund for much less than I should have.If you use this company be aware of their changes and save everything, but I would never use them again and will not be buying any of my supplies from them. They are a mess!

They sent me to collections over $75 (I had been paying the bill off every time I received a statement) with no warning instead of simply sending me a bill/updated balance or contacting me saying if I did not remit the entire balance I'd be taken to collections...such bullcrap. Thanks for ruining my credit score over a miniscule amount of money you made minimal attempts to collect from me!!

We chose Buffalo CPAP in Cheektowaga for convenience and location. Our respiratory therapist is fantastic however the young lady at the front desk not so much. Her tone is flippant over the phone and she constantly cuts you off. Good luck getting her to acknowledge you when you enter the office for an appointment as she refuses to say hello or even a simple good bye. The office is not large so it’s hard not to see people coming or going. A little kindness goes along way.

I switched my service from another supplier when I moved back to Buffalo from the Southern Tier. I bought new supplies including a new mask which they recommended. The mask didn’t last two months. Literally falling apart and hardly usable. Velcro peeling off. Won’t stay fastened. always coming apart. They worked with me and got me new headgear to replace it. They were very pleasant to work with.

Becky Miller couldn't have made our experience any better. She was so friendly (even 1st thing in the morning), we got in very easily, she made things easy to understand, she also gave us other options that other CPAP place said, "were not an option" (no names mentioned). Love Kiki too...

I have been a patient of Buffalo CPAP for almost 6 years. I think CPAP therapy is great - I think this company can learn a lot about clearly communicating expectations with customers.
I have a high deductible health plan and was recently "shopping" for a new CPAP machine. After considering 3 "local" vendors, I chose to continue services with Buffalo CPAP for 2 reasons:
1 - they told me that they had my machine available and I could have it within a few days.
2 - they told me the price and it INCLUDED the first set of gear with the machine (mask, hose etc.)
If they could only meet the above expectations that THEY set:
1 - after 3 weeks, they said I was ready to get a machine, and the next available therapist was 3 weeks away (so, the total would be approx 6 weeks for delivery versus the original 2-3 days).
2 - when I arrived to pick up my machine, the cost was INFLATED to include the new hose and mask etc. The woman at the counter was nice, but said the machines never come with the 1st set of supplies - so, the price increased by $200 - she offered to send me home with the machine WITHOUT supplies, why would I want that ? A new CPAP paperweight ?
For the above reasons, I do NOT recommend Buffalo CPAP - unless you get everything they tell you in writing - they fail to meet the expectations they set.
