Recently had taken my beat 2012 VW in for an o2 sensor. This was causing my engine light to turn on. They put it in and it was still causing it to turn on. They checked it out again and did the second job at no cost as it just required a little cleaning of the ends. Either way, they were very helpful during this stressful time as Places previous had taken advantage, stolen from me, etc. I would give them a 5/5 but the price was a little higher than what I'm used to. Either way though they did great service so I would say it's worth it in the end. If you want good service done to a european made car I would highly suggest you take it to these guys. Thanks guys!

Was looking for a shop to do my timing belt job on my passat tdi also oil filter housing. I came across Black Forest they are what is advertised reasonable knowledgeable and even was willing to help me research oil filter housing options. I went on two seperate occasions and was very satisfied both times.
Was impressed with the quote for service you get via email and text. From that you can approve or deny what you need. Also makes payment very easy. Was always informed with what was going on and was explained to me. Pick up also very easy

Had my Mercedes in for an inspection at a different shop that tried telling me my brakes failed. As soon as I explained the situation they knew what was going on. They checked my brakes free of charge and let me know I have over 50% brake life left. Black Forest saved me thousands of dollars. If you have a European performance car you shouldn't be going anywhere else, this shop cares. Jason and Michael are the best and this is the only place I’ll take my cars from now on.

I am so embarrassed for Black Forest as a return customer I had an issue with my Mercedes I called in advance and explain my situation. I spoke to Mechanic he said bring it in I made appointment and I drop the car off and then I received a call on Monday from the owner aggressively asking me why I dropped my car off. I explained that I called and made an appointment. He said I don’t see a record of you calling. He was disrespectful aggressive and arrogant. I apologized and explain the situation again again he was very aggressive and said well it is what it is and I’ll look at your car. My issue was my convertible top on my SL 500 which he worked on prior the next morning he gave me an estimate for over $3300 without even looking at the car. Turns out that it was HIS mechanic I was talking to even though he aggressively told me I called someone else. Please please stay away from these people they’re unprofessional, arrogant and incompetent. The estimate he gave me was in pure spite as to replace the whole hydraulics is usually $2500. You’re only as good as reputation and he has not a good one I’m sure I’m not alone and dealing this Arrogant unprofessional POS
