We are very pleased with our experience with Bath Fitter. The old tub and shower were in terrible shape. Chris came to measure and give an estimate. He was very efficient and professional and described exactly how things would be done. We were surprised with how soon we could schedule the installation.
The day of the installation, Chuck arrived promptly and got right work. It was easy to see that he was very experienced and attentive to details. He was personable and friendly and answered any questions we had. Upon completion, all debris was cleaned up and we were then given instructions on the care and cleaning of the new tub. From start to finish, a pleasant experience and a beautiful tub!

Bath fitters recently did a shower conversion for me. My experience was extremely satisfying starting with the salesman, continuing with the remodel and including the office staff. Every person I had contact with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. A special shout out to our installer,Brendan. He was polite, efficient, took time to answer all questions and cleaned up any and all debris and dust. Overall a very stress free and pleasant experience.

Didn't anticipate how long it would take and with only one person working! Had the nice worker had a helper the hardwood steps to the bathroom would not have been left as dusty.

Chuck with Bath fitter did a fantastic job taking out a tub and installing a new shower!! He was very nice and professional! . He answered any of our questions we had. He was very neat and everything was done perfectly! We love it and would totally recommend Bath Fitter’s and Chuck as the installer!!

Bathfitter installed a tub to walk-in shower conversion for us today. Todd was here on time and ready to go. He was personable and professional. He did excellent work and was kind & accommodating throughout the day.
We are very happy with our Bathfitter experience from consultation to completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and great experience.

The sales guy Tony was knowledgeable and was very accommodating as I am very picky the guy that actually did the bathroom his name was Rob and he was as knowledgeable with the product got everything demoed and put in the new walk-in shower all by himself and did an amazing job. I am so pleased with my experience with bath fitter and the gentleman that helped us get it all together

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Joe A and Todd. These gentleman are installers for bath fitters Buffalo. Their 25 years experience as installers is evident in the craftmanship they do installing bath fitters products.
They arrived on time as scheduled and completed work efficiently and very well. They laid floor covering to protect floors and cleaned up the waste and took it away
I was hesitant on doing this type of an installation but both Todd and Joe's workmanship assured me I had made a good decision.
The bathroom looks great I'm happy and with Bath Fitters warranty and capitol improvement certificate which I have yet to receive will be Happy in the years ahead
