Insane interest rates, make it very difficult for you to close a credit card account. I'm sure that's intentional so you get frustrated and give up trying to close it. They also delay telling you any residual interest remaining and lock you out of the app so you can't pay the last bill, hoping to add an extra late fee on you.

Had a wonderful experience visiting this bank yesterday. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful associate, Jacob Seggio, who immediately led us to a seat while he patiently and professionally took care of all our banking needs. Not only was he knowledge as he explained all of the new banking procedures, but he made a personal connection with us and we left feeling great about the experience. Thank you Jake!

I recently opened a New BOA account..I usually do my banking at the Bailey Delaven location which is always over crowded broken ATM machines as well as dirty ATM machines..This particular day I went in to take care of some business and they couldn't see me because of the amount of customers already waiting...I was told that I could make an appointment for next week or visit the Harlem Road location for faster service... When I say that them sending me over to the Harlem Road location was the best idea ? ? ? EVER!!!. THERE'S less traffic.. parking is plentiful it's much more calmer the customer service is great ???? I'll probably never go back to the one on East Delaven...that location is never equipped with enough staff to handle the volume of customers that come in there on the regular basis.. not to mention the CONSTANT BROKEN ATM MACHINES AND WHY AREN'T THOSE MACHINES WIPED AND SANITIZED ON A REGULAR BASIS.. JUST DISGUSTING IT ONLY TAKES A MINUTE TO WIPE THEM DWN. Thanks Harlem Road location and thanks to M B Kashif.... He's the associate that helped me open my account he's very patient and informative he made me aware of information that I had NEVER known while banking with the other location ☺️.

Worst experience! I was late for appointment the lady was not helpful at all or try to even help. The worst bank ever been to. I do not recommend this branch because you have book appointment.

I had the great pleasure to be helped by some very great people at this location!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped. I wish I could remember their names but both the account specialist were beyond awesome. I remember one them saying she was the account manager!! Either way they went beyond the expectations of making me feel welcomed. So I truly appreciate that!! Love & Respect to this BOA Branch location.

I took appointment and went out I said the guys on the kiosk i will be 10 min late and he said take this phone number give us a call. I called the number kept me on the line 20 min no one answered. Then I came the location and she said no you need to wait. Organization is weird because the bank is huge and they don’t care customers review. And also personal account stuff wasn’t understandly. When I explained to her, and even she didn’t listen to me.
