The staff were extremely friendly and patient, and the facility was very clean. However, they lied and tried to overcharge me. I was there for an evaluation and they told me I needed this deep, antibiotic cleaning. The dentist informed me my gums were receding from my teeth and the damage was irreversible and would lead to my teeth falling out as I age but with this deep clean, it can prevent further damage if done annually, which they really insisted on. I was all for this deep clean, trusting the dentist. Then they quoted me $1200 AFTER insurance coverage that I would be responsible for and that doesn't even include the $600 qoute for fillings AFTER insurance. This felt like a red flag so I went to a small facility in West Seneca for a basic cleaning and second opinion shortly after.Turns out, the damage IS reversible if you maintain routine and thorough cleanings with the dentist and at home. And because they just wanted to do a basic cleaning, insurance fully covered the cost and with all my fillings, I only have to pay just under $100 for everything. I saved $1700 going elsewhere. Aspen also neglected to tell me in my x-ray that my jaw bone on one side is deteriorating, but West Seneca Dental did not hesitate to show me. After venting to family and friends, it appears I am also not the only one they lied to and tried to overcharge.I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been going to the Cheektowaga location for about a year and a half and haven’t had any problems. The staff is great. Dr. Jeremy is fantastic!

I recently visited Aspen Dental for a general follow-up and x-rays, and I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of care and professionalism. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the process in detail, which really put me at ease. The follow-up was thorough. My only complaint was their equipment for the x-rays. They used the oldest technology, and had to switch the part that captures the angle of my teeth multiple times. That was uncomfortable and it was annoying to me (and I’m sure wonderful staff who did her best to speed up the process). Overall, I felt well taken care of, and I recommend Aspen Dental for anyone seeking top-tier dental care. I go back in two weeks for my cleaning and fillings so stay tuned for an update.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This place has completely ruined my teeth. I went in after not going to the dentist for a year just to make sure my teeth were doing okay. I ended up having to get EIGHT fillings. One of my teeth was kinda sensitive but when I got the fillings done I couldn’t even have anything touch that side of my mouth without having unbearable pain that would last for hours. I ended up at the emergency dentist because of how terrible the pain was. I can’t even chew with the left side of my mouth because of how terrible they did my fillings. Dr. Singh should have her license revoked, genuinely one of the worst dentists I’ve ever met. The emergency dentist said I would have to get a root canal because of how much that sensitive tooth was messed up. I would absolutely take this dentist office to court if I had the means to, they should not be open. Terrible. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Was told I had 4 cavities, and they were ready to schedule all four fillings, so I went to another dentist for a second opinion, was told I have no cavities what so ever, and it’s just plaque and tartar.
