HUGE bowling alley. Exceeded my expectations by how ginormous this place was. Staff was great. They set up the bumpers for the kids and brought out a ramp for them to use.

Birthday celebrationsMarissa, the event coordinator is amazing . We had A family birthday bowling celebration for My mother-in-law‘s heavenly birthday & 17-year-old grandson with the family members of all ages.Stephanie was our hosts at the AMF Airport bowling lane. Stephanie was very attentive and accommodating. We were able to add guests to the original booking numbers. Due to the weather, we weren’t sure how many people were going to be able to come so we had a lower number of guests, it was no problem when we added people. The food came out on time and it was perfect. The beverages were endless. The price for the package was perfect. It was two lanes with two hours of bowling included shoes rental, and arcade cards. Did I mention it also included the food. thank you thank you thank you AMF Airport lanesP.S. All of the staff was outstanding.

I was there for a work event on 3/18/24. The workers were friendly and the set up was nice, however, they only had one bartender and one person servicing the shoe rentals for the entire place, so it took a very long time to get drinks and shoes. Our event started at 7:30, but the food was not brought out until 8:30 / 8:45 ish. While the buffet table was getting set up, we saw the worker setting it up taste test our nacho cheese and meat, and continued to stir them both with the spoon that was used to taste test, and to top it off the food wasn't even that good. Lastly, the bathrooms were not in great conditions. There was a horrible smell in both of them, and a coworker mentioned that the men's room had trash all over.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this place has a lot to work on compared to other bowling alleys in WNY.I visited here, and transit lanes in the same week, and the differences were incredible.Pins kept getting stuck on the lanes. Our lane was extremely slow to reset the entire time. The staff were rude and the manager was a joke. The facility was also gross. Spilled drinks, and garbage all over, and the restrooms were vomit worthy.Compared to the Beautiful Transit Lanes facility, this place is lacking hard, and needs major work.Stay Slay, and Bowl On!(Probably at another facility for your sake!)

The Bowling lanes were great and the staff was very friendly, the only reason I'm leaving a 3 star review is because the arcade was really disappointing.The air hockey table was missing the puck, the sink it game was missing the ping pong balls, and the space invaders machine shut down in the middle of our game and smoke started to come out of it.

I’ve had maaaany events at this place, and it was always great, but post-COVID, the company “Bowlero” has taken over, and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, yet despite that, almost none of that money goes towards regular maintenance, so the place is falling apart.Every time I throw a shot, I’m worried my ball will come back with a huge gouge mark in it. Those problems are just the tips of the iceberg.Aside from the insanely expensive and overpriced corporate store that took over the pro shop, customer service is hit or miss depending on who you deal with, at the Pro Shop or at the counter.Gave 3 stars, because they used to be a great alley, so I’m hoping they put some maintenance in there to bring back its former glory.However, that’s all from a competitive perspective, but if you’re a casual bowler just looking to have some fun, this place will do just fine.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and plentiful lanes, the equipment available for renting is well maintained for customers and the food was delicious for what it was. Great place for friends to meet up and have a night of fun, or for a day of bowling for a bonding family outing.

Lanes were great I just sucked bowling. Since they remodeled it always looks and is clean. They are working on the entrances now.

My daughter had her 18th birthday party here. Throughout the party there were several issues. Communication between the servers seems lacking. My daughter ordered more food as we had a credit to useand she either never got or the servers had to ask her several times what it was that she ordered. It was difficult at times to locate the servers, I was told prior to the party that we would be assigned one server and we met Barbara when we first arrived who was great but it appeared that she left throughout the party. Also, the birthday sign for her had the wrong name! Awful!Most of the food was decent except the pizza was horrible. Also, the included arcade cards weren’t working correctly so a couple of our guests had to put their own money on their cards. When I spoke to manager about it,instead of just giving us the few credits (that cost them almost nothing) he basically accused us of lying about it! The corporate catering department was very responsive, friendly and efficient when booking the party. But after the party I asked them to have someone in corporate call me and they said a district manager would contact me shortly, it’s been 48 hours and no call or email!
