I am only giving them one star to leave a review. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I have had to replace the same window 3 times. Each time it took 6-7 months. The last time they sent the wrong sash. I called they said they take care of it. Plus it cost 25 dollars to have it delivered from Buffalo. This was in February. Now it's October no window. I called today and they said they will put in my order. The lady did not have an explanation on why. I thought I did this in February. Here we go another 6 months then maybe I get the right window. Please do not purchase windows through them.

Absolutely awful customer service! My windows are under warranty. I have been trying to deal with this ridiculous company for close to two years, windows finally arrived and sat in Buffalo location for close to 3 1/2 months while no one informed me they arrived. Told delivery is free then they make me pay for delivery, then don’t do a complete delivery (still no call back) and now the products that were shipped aren’t even the complete replacement products ordered. Call customer service you’ll get a person who knows Nothing, can solve no problem, will lecture you and promise somebody will call you back in the next two years and you will never hear from anyone! Do not waste your money on Alside windows! The product and customer service are both awful! I have dealt with the Buffalo and Ohio offices. It’s impossible to figure out who you’re actually dealing with and where.

I seen some negative reviews and felt like I should chime in . Scott, Loraine and everyone else in that facility go pretty far to make sure your happy . They are a big company selling big jobs and will take the time out of there day to help you find a piece of siding or a shingle to match your repair they are busy and understaffed like everyone else I think they do a great job.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I don't care how much better their pricing is, avoid like the plague. I am going on two years with trying to get a cracked seal window replaced and missing screens I have never received. I live in a development with three new houses and all of us are having issues with Mike. STAY AWAY!!!!

They were patient and helpful with finding replacement panels of my siding which was over 10 years old and not a common color. Matched it perfectly and cost was good.

Well this is where the owner of the company makes the orders for the windows we need for a every week job journey, installing new windows and extracting the old painted ones with lead and installing new ones... employees are awesome and they always have the orders on time thank you Alside.

We've been impressed with the service from Alside. All of our orders have been on time and complete. Wayne has been very helpful and always keeps an open line of communication. I've dealt with a few different siding and roofing companies over 11 years and Alside is by far the best. They do what they say they're going to do and to us that's priceless. Thanks Alside for working with us!

I called Alside this morning regarding a problem I was having with my windows . I spoke to BOB and he was very rude, cutting me off talking to me very belittling . I was shocked and disgusted at how he was treating me. When I raised my voice and told him he was being rude and I do not deserve to be talked to this way. He told me I need to calm down, and was trying to justify how he talked to me because he gets calls all day. He also refused to let me speak to anyone else when asked to. This man had horrible customer service !!!

I was referred by my contractor to speak with Lorraine about questions I had on the windows I had in mind. I was pretty much settled on windows from the initial product review on the website, but wanted to discuss things in more detail. Sadly she pushed back hard and strong in the first 10 seconds of the call referring me back to the contractor without even listening to me. I felt the customer service was extremely poor, and I that I was treated with disrespect. After 30 more seconds into the call, I refused to be treated this badly by her. I promptly ended the call.
