If you want to ruin your day visit this store, I can guarantee you you will have a bad experience here every time you visit this store .They will say the 7-eleven reward app can't be scanned bcz scanner is not working, thn they will pretend the credit card machine is not working, if the credit card machine is working the tap to pay is not working. So basically they want you to pay more without the rewards app and pay cash or give them your credit card info so they can steal your info ... AND The BIGGEST RED FLAG OF THEY WANT TO STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IS MOBILE CHECKOUT DOESN'T WORK IN THIS STORE .And the fun part was once I used the tap to pay to pay for my coffee, the lady at the counter said next time don't steal the coffee by tapping your phone. Either she has not been trained well or the manager is not trained well who actually trained her ..Later when I was outside in my car .. she came out to my car and started yelling and threatening me to go out of my car so she could fight with me ?She continued yelling at me for 3 minutes and went back to the store and probably came out with her manager as backup so they could beat me up ?..And thn the manager or whoever the other person was told her to call the police ?I have the whole thing recorded and posted with this review for everyone to see and be aware of these psychopathic behavior.

Every morning between 6 and 610 is the worst time to come to this place Everyday holds me up for another 10 or 15 minutes because they wanna do their shift change why can't you do one computer at a time

Galicha was rude and unhelpful. I bought 3 monsters for $5.49 as per the deal posted on the shelves. But she was charging me more. I asked her did I get the deal, she said "Yes, the extra is tax" After I checked the receipts, I saw she charged me $8. When I asked her, she said computer charged like this, we can not do anything. After refunding the money I asked her to get 1. But she refused to serve me. This is not a 7 Eleven standard store/employee.

Typical 7-11 plus food. I typically go to the one in Tonawanda which I would give 5 stars. This one however is about a 2. The kitchen staff is fairly rude. Doesn't like to make anything, I mean it's your job. Always claims to be out of things, maybe it's true maybe it's not. The other store never seems to be out of anything and is way more professional. This store reminds of a typical ghetto store. Today I overheard the kitchen staff getting upset that they had to make something with chicken. The one girl told the other girl that she usually just tells people we don't have that so they don't have to go through the trouble of making it. I think it's time for a regional manager to be at this location every day. Definitely need some oversight. The normal counter staff seems nice. Same lady in the morning for years.
