I frequent this 7-Eleven multiple times a week for beer and water. I know that's not much to buy, but, I rarely need anything else from convenience stores. I will say though, that as I walk through the aisles, I see great deals left and right. There are loads of things that are "buy one get one", sometimes even better of deals. Take for instance when I buy water. I usually buy two 1-liters at a time. Buy one, get one. 18-packs of Miller Lite are $12.99, and less a $6.00 mail-in rebate, you're paying $6.99 for 18 beers. (as of August, 2018). The store is also very brightly lit, very very clean and organized, and the employees are extremely polite and nice to talk to. Be sure to get a 7-Eleven rewards card as well!
