Complete and total incomptence!!!!!! 5 times in 3 months I try to purchase a money order and I was successful only once. I bet if it was a franchise owned by foreigners it would work. They don't even try. They just assume it's not going to work! Why have it! Train your employees. If they can't be trained get new ones. This country is burning over garbage like this. Have pride in yourself, your job, your business. Minimum wage is at an all time high and service couldn't be worse.
This may be the worst inconvenient store in WNY and it's in the suburbs. They are completely useless!!!!

Stort associate unhelpful. I can go to any other 7-11 and they will cook a pizza. Avoid this location cause they will not be helpful.

They have an oven right next to them and wont put the pizza in their oven. Every other 7-eleven does it and pizza is ready in 2 minutes. This place is waste of time. Left buying nothing. Your worker at night always looks stoned and does little as possible to make us to leave, awful.

Always love coming to 7-11 to get great deals on drinks and food. My wife loves the ceasar salad dressing. She will buy them just for the dressing. Wish we could find the maker of the dressing so that we could buy a bottle of it. So the last time we came, the cashier scanned out an extra energy drink, but I didn't notice until I left. Should I just go back and take one because I have already paid for it? I think I should.

I initially like this 711 because it’s close by to home but I rather take the trip to a different one because a particular rude associate. He makes rude comments, snatches money out of my hand and never in a good mood. I understand people have bad days but I’m in customer service and can’t say I take my anger out on my customers. I avoid going to this location because of that employee, all other ones are extremely nice.

Nicole is always so friendly and happy and smiling. she's the best at the location and always greeting by your first name :) . barb, jason as well. always greeting and saying your first name all the time.
