My house is sold !!!!! Christy, my realtor from Charlotteville Realty, made it happen!! My house had been on the market for some time. She was recommended to me by my family member. She responded to my call immediately and was on top of the process each step of the way. I had no experience in selling a home and she anticipated, guided, suggested, and advised me with professionalism, timeliness, and empathy. There was never a problem she didn t have an approach for addressing and successfully so, I might add. It was a very necessary sale for me but an emotional.one. Christy Dahms is great! Whether you're selling or buying I recommend her without any hesitation. She helped us find and purchase our home in Oneonta, NY and she sold our home in Jefferson, NY. She really knows the area and she is extremely professional. From the beginning of our relationship I felt very confident we were in good hands. She always made us feel, and proved by her actions, that she was doing her utmost to sell our home. When we put an offer on the home we now live in she was involved through the whole process, even when there were the inevitable snags that can happen with any purchase she was always positive and in our corner advocating for us. She is the best!
