W&W groomed my Sadie today. Sadie is a very nervous 12 year old mini poodle. W&W is the only groomer we've been to in Sadie's life, even after we moved to CT. They are truly miracle workers with Sadie and I can't say enough how much I appreciate them. Thank you so much!

Not happy that price changed without notice. Was told $10 more if charge card when picked up my puppy. I'm going there long time, and $85$95 too much for every 6weeks.

I have been going to W&W for many years and with many dogs. They do a good job with my dogs but their prices seem very random. On my last visit, a wash, dry and shave (nothing fancy) came to over $350.00 for two medium sized dogs. Also, on my last few visits, Christine, the owner really throws serious shade at me by criticizing on trivial dog-related matters. It really hurt my feelings and I am a BIG DOG lover and take very good care of my pets treating them as the family members that they are. She seems very cranky and should really adjust her attitude if she's charging those prices. I'm not going to return to them, sadly, Christine, you lost a loyal customer. P.S. I have referred many people to your business over the years. Cheer up!

I spoke with the owner when I had my dog groomed somewhere else. The other place wanted to sedate my little yorkie who was anxious and here they worked with my dog and now he does great when getting groomed. I love the people here especially Kathy. Thank you.

Great people! They made it seem like they had everything taken care of. They did a great job with my miniature schnauzer she didn't seem that anxious to leave as in other places, her coat seemed relatively softer and they did a good job at removing the stubborn eye crust around her eye that petco never does. Will come again!

Rudest, filthiest dog groomer I've ever been to. Good luck if you leaved your beloved pets with this poorly managed crew. Spoke to the owner after a terrible experience, but she cared little.
