I may have just lucked out, but it came at a time when I was fed up with MEDICARE/SSDI and CIGNA all telling me 10 different things to do. 17 phone calls in 24 hours, and nothing was resolved. Angela, the pharmacist, listened to my plight and within 15 min. Figured out and corrected my issues in a professional and respectful manner. Kudos to Nick as well, who took all my info and, in spite of the store being busy, ran that pharmacy check out smoothly. Give them a chance. Everyone has a bad day. Today was the end of a bad week thanks to these two.”

“Went on line looking for the Covid vaccine. At the time they were the only retail outlet offering the shots. They had 20 appointments available when the NY State sight had none or you had to travel 60 to 250 miles to get an appointment. Got an appointment 48 hours after signing into their sight. Have received both shots to date. I was in and out in no time ! The staff was friendly and professional . The store is clean and bright . If your still looking for your Covid shots , that's the place !”

He assisted me w adjustments to my collage photos for my business and applied the discount coupon w ease. I return to this particular Walgreens time after time because the entire store is set up in an inviting way. The staff is knowledgeable & helpful, especially due to its exemplary manager, Carlos.”
