Walked in without an appointment, but the prescription for the test had been placed in the Northwell system by my physician in advance. All staff were friendly and the facility was spotless. The phlebotomist explained each step of the procedure. I was out within 15 minutes and the results were available in less than 24 hours, although they advise that it usually takes 2 days.

They gave me the wrong labels for my stool sample containers, then they told me to go outside and put new labels on it (making me hold containers of feces on a public sidewalk). Apparently i’m not allowed to do that in the bathroom? Then the bag they gave me wasn’t even big enough for the samples so I had to go back inside and get another bag. In the end, a simple specimen dropoff turned into almost 20 minutes of back and forth. Due to their incompetence I had to double the speed limit in order not to be late for work.

I never review anything but I can’t help it this time. Completely unorganized front staff. They ask if have an appointment when you walk and we said no, I didn’t realize we could make an appointment and then the lady said we don’t take appointments ?. The actual phlebotomist was great though.

It was easy and fast to go in and get my blood taken for lab work. Everyone was friendly and it is always bright and clean.

When this location has vaccines, they're pretty good option. Last year when vaccines first came out, things were well spaced out with 6 feet between people, single file lines, and distance between stations.For the third shot, they wrapped around a different area with cubicles that were separated. The only issue at that time was the supply came late and took awhile to prepare the vaccine for usage after defrosting, so there was a ton of waiting.

We had a great experience! There was no wait and most importantly the techs were incredibly calm and understanding with my very nervous 9 year old.

Every time I have to come to this place, is like Iam doing a part time job with the exception Iam not getting pay. Prenatal if you don’t mind on waiting 3 to 4 hours to be seen by these providers, then you don’t have a problem because they are good doctors. Receptionists are very nice but my last two visits with them, I was given the same answer, “you are next but we are dealing with an emergency right now”. Excuses and excuses.

I took my son here for a required PCR test to return to school. I was told it would take 72 hours to get the results back. When I didn't hear back from them in 72 hours, I called and was put on hold for an hour. When a person finally picked up the phone, they couldn't help me at all. She couldn't even verify that they had the right email address. 96 hours later and I still haven't gotten the results. Now I have to go somewhere else. A complete waste of time.

Worst customer service ever, over the phone they sounded so nice and helpful but once I got there the receptionist was mean and rude. They made me wait for over an hour, but had to asked my husband to step out to pick up my older son, so I asked how much longer will it take and she said 10 more minutes, I sent my husband to get my son but they wouldn't wait for him to come back and have the ultrasound with me. I even heard the receptionist telling the nurse to make sure she did it fast so that my husband didn't get to see it. That was so mean! I has to wait over an hour but they wouldn't wait for 5 minutes, they think we have nothing else to do but to be there!!! It’s a place I will never recommend and I would never go back there. Really hope that receptionist learns how to treat others..

Walked in for blood work, it was very seamless, no wait, staff very friendly and on point. The Lab was spotless. Had a great experience with Tess and Jenn. Not once did I feel a pinch they were amazing!!!!

Waited over an hour for a covid test, staff was verbally arguing with each other in front of patients, room was not cleaned in-between patients being tested for covid, every covid patient being tested was given same pen to sign consent form with out being sanitized. The staff was rude and gave the impression that you were bothering them. You were asked to call when you arrived for your appointment, called three times and no answer. Such an unpleasant experience and left me worried how unsanitary it felt.
