I brought some broken necklaces in to be fixed and they were all fixed and polished - looking better than ever! I had to replace a chain on one necklace and with Virginia and Varda’s expertise we chose a new chain which brings out the sparkle in my necklace all the more. My next adventure with Varda will be to design a piece of jewelry using the broken baby bracelets from my daughter, mom and me to make something unique.

Love ICD! they are not just jewelers they are family. They have been in Chappaqua since the 1970s and have worked with families for years celebrating many life events and generations of life events. Nothing compared to the beauty and service at ICD. It’s a wonderland of happiness and joy. Everyone there was so helpful and kind, you feel like they are your best friend. Ordered a necklace / repair and have been waiting for months. The owner does not pay her employees or vendors and pretended to go out of business only to reopen across the street. She is losing everyone’s things beware !!

Honestly could not be happier with the work these amazing woman put into helping me get a very special ring resized and changed from yellow gold to white gold. I went to many jewelers before finding this company to try and have my grandmothers ring changed to how I imagined it to be, and they all tried to change the ring instead of keep it the same. These woman heard what I wanted and did a beautiful job executing the project; to the point where I had tears in my eyes the day I picked the ring up. Not only is this company all about quality work, but also very inexpensive compared to quotes I was getting from other jewelers. I couldn’t say THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! Truly, beautiful work and the kindest people!
