DO NOT BUY ONLINE SALES! This is a very misleading merchant. Just bought a pair on jeans on sale - picture looked very different from actual color. They refuse to exchange it. The page never mentioned it was final sale. I just wasted $100. Terrible merchant. In this day and age when customer service is a key, this place is a disgrace. Should not even get 1 star.

The clothes here are beautiful from cashmere scarves and sweaters to silk tops and leather jackets. It's expensive but the sales staff are pros... They will look at your body type and age and have you try on appropriate things that might not look that great on the hanger but once you put it on wow!! Just have to ask for their help. Much better than the cookie cutter department store experience

Great spot if you prefer your sales staff icy, your fabrics polyester and your manufacturing in China. Indigo Chic in Rye is where I found everything I wanted.

I have shopped previously at Great Stuff because they carry high end clothing and accessories but am hesitant because their "no return" policy is restrictive. I will NEVER shop there again, however. On 9/16/13, prior to a 3 week vacation, I bought a scarf which ended up not working with my travel clothing. The scarf was untouched, with tags still on. On 10/10/13, I attempted to exchange it for another scarf almost 3X the price of the original scarf. The manager at the Chappaqua store refused to make the exchange, stating that "the store policy allows only for a 7 day credit after which the sale is final." What kind of business woman would not permit an exchange for a significantly more expensive item only 24 days after original sale? I understand why the owner is not among Fortune's top female business women of 2013!!!
