They are AMAZING! I have never had such a wonderful experience with a post office. They answer the phone, are quick to provide information AND SOLUTIONS, and happy to do so. It just does not get any better than this. I interacted with Reagan and Miranda, however, it seems this is the 'culture' of this post office, in reading the other reviews. I hope the USPS takes care of these folks. This is the kind of service that keeps the USPS running.

It’s a small but amazing post office. The staff here is extremely nice, the place is clean, and the A/C is on at all times.

The wonderful associates at the Champlain post office go above and beyond! I have recently moved to another location, and I'm still working on getting all of my mail forwarded to the correct address. Every time something tries to go to my old address in Champlain these wonderful associates intercept it and immediately forward it. Even though the forwarding time has expired. Thank you so much for your service!

I love dollar tree. I can find good stuff there. My only complaint is on 7/12/21 I went shopping around noon and found the doors locked. There were lights on and I wasn't sure if anyone was there. If they went out fot lunch or had an emergency they could at least leave a note saying they were temporarily closed.

So about 6 months ago I started getting random collection agencies calling me about over due bills that never got paid ( I always pay my bills and if I receive a bill in the mail I pay it ASAP and take pride in my perfect credit score ), this happened 2 times in the past months and I just ended up paying it over the phone....both collection agencies assured me that they had mailed the bills to my address (but I never received them). It happened for the 3rd time today so I called Champlain branch to file a complaint and when I told the lady on the phone what was going on she simply replied “sorry sir but we are doing our best, we are understaffed and Covid has impacted our delivery services and there is nothing we can do” and basically hung up on me.....REALLY!!! This is NOT how you run a business and because of the incompetent employees they hire my bills and other mail is not showing up in my mailbox. Absolutely disgusted with Champlain mail service, what a JOKE!!!!
