Worst customs brokers in the whole world. They always make the driver wait hours and sometimes days and cost companies unnecessary expenses in the result. I don’t understand why companies use them. No customer service what so ever. BIG ZERO

Very very very very very very very very very very very very bad bad bad bad bad bad service. Livingston Broker. Next time i ask first load broker if is custom broker Livingston i don’t book load. Very stupid. Service. Why don’t close business if you not give good service

daily cleared more than 8 loads and when I see Livingston's name, I 100 % sure this load never clear on time, and no buddy clear answer my calls.always drivers must stock at the border more than 2-3 hoursif Livingston team need information I have a lot of sample for them
