I literally paid over $1000 in towing to have Andrew look at my truck when my motor went bad. He went above and beyond getting it replaced fast and the low price shocked me. I’ve also brought him my truck thinking my transmission is shot, but no, he worked his magic, got me going fast and didn’t charge me a dime. Andrew is a true genius. He’s honest and cares about his customers. You will do yourself and your vehicles a disservice if you don’t use his shop. I’m having issues with my Audi now and guess where I’m bringing it….Only to the best shop I can think of, Chaffee Rt16 Auto!”

“I had some tires that I needed mounted on my Mustang aluminum wheels but was having trouble finding a shop that could do this. I have had damaged wheels in other shops and wanted to avoid this issue with these wheels as they are like new. I have purchased tires from UTZ in the past and just had them mount tires for me in the past and they have always done a great job. I decided to give them a call for this challenge and they said bring them in for a look which I did. They determined that their equipment would work to remove my old tires and install the new ones. I dropped my tires and wheels off at the end of their day and early the next morning I got a call that they were all done. The tech I worked with was confident that there wouldn't be any issues and there wasn't. It's been a while since I have used UTZ services and I saw some negative reviews which is always concerning . Some reviews have stated poor work and grumpy people in the office, I witnessed none of the above. EVERYONE at the shop was very helpful friendly and eager to help me out with my concerns! The environment I experienced at their shop was as it has ALWAYS been in the past when I visited the business. I had a great experience with my latest tire installation just like I have always had in the past. If you have wheels that need care used so they don't get damaged speak with these guys and explain your concerns. They will listen and do their best to avoid any problems. I can't say enough about the tech that did my work as I can't even tell that there was a tire machine used on my wheels. All work was done on a very professional level. I was even able to speak with the owner and he seems just as pleasant as ever to deal with. I will defiantly be using this shop in the future as they still take pride in their work! NICE JOB guys keep up the good work and I very much appreciate how you took care of my concerns and my wheels.”
