“Our family traveled to Bliss a few weeks ago to start our vacation. About 6 hrs in, the engine and traction lights came on. The car was drivable, thankfully, and we arrived at our destination. We immediately searched for local repair shops, and this shop was highly recommended. That evening, my wife left a message at the shop voice-mail asking (actually praying) we could drop the car off first thing in the morning. The next day Andrew not only diagnosed the issue, but provided us with the details needed for repairs on our Toyita Highlander. He indicated that it was safe to drive for now, but we need to have it checked/repaired when we arrive back from vacation. Andrew is a really sharp and nice young man.”

“My car's engine cover had come off and it was hitting the road. Since I had to go back to Virginia, I had to get it fixed. Luckily, I found this auto repair shop close by which already had excellent reviews. They took my car in immediately and within minutes they took off the engine cover and made my car safe to drive for another 6 hours. In spite of repeated requests, they never charged me for the service. One of the nicest people I have seen in America. This town is lucky to have this repair shop. I would absolutely recommend anyone to get their car service done here without any doubt in their mind!”

“Our Grand Daughter was on her way to our lake house at Lime Lake when her brake pedal became very hard to push, it was a Sunday so I told her we would call Kless Boys first thing in the morning. When I called I was greeted by the nicest and understanding person that said to bring the car right in. Turns out she needed a vacuum pump which was ordered and installed within 4 hours. The price was reasonable but I can't put a price on the relief we had knowing she could drive home to West Seneca safety. THANK YOU!!!!!”
