“Had a little rattle under my car. Brought in to get looked at quickly since I was in the area. Marcus the manager got me right in and Jeremiah the tech was amazing. He put it up on the lift, took a look at everything with me to make sure the exhaust and shields were good and tight, then he even blew out any dust or rocks that was trapped in the shields to make sure nothing could be make noise. Exceptional service all around. Very pleased and will be back in the future.”

“So I’m writing this a little late, but I bought a 2013 f150 from these guys back in July. The buying experience was really good, I feel like I got a good deal on a nice truck, and they were able to work with my financing options, overall a good experience. Now here is where these guys really stood out in my book, my truck came with a warranty, and it ended up having a water pump basically exploding while my wife was driving it in September. This would normally be something I would take care of but I was out of state and wouldn’t have access to a phone for a little over a week. She called the dealership and they were able to walk her through the warranty process. Now the only hang up was she was going to get charged a few hundred dollars for the tow, she talked with Andrew about it and his words exactly were “absolutely not, cancel that tow and we will come tow it” the repairs took just a few days, we didn’t have to pay a dime, and everything was wrapped up and taken care of before I had access to a phone again. This was proof to me that these guys are worth doing business with, they stand by their word and take care of people. And with how they worked with my wife while I was gone, she has explained to me how she won’t buy from anyone else going further.”

“I’ve been here a few times for muffler work on a few different vehicles. The guys are nice, straightforward and always give you a price up front and explain what you need. This is the only place I go for muffler work in the Utica area. Trustworthiness is hard to find. Get there early and you won’t have to wait much to get seen, and then wander down to Willie’s for breakfast while you wait.”

After another shop changed my nys inspection appointment 2x, I gave up and searched again and ended up at this jiffy lube… they could take me right away (no appointment, first come first served) and couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Nice waiting area, though I was able to walk to the coffee shop and back rather than have to wait. Will return for future needs!”

We were on vacation and our maintenance light came on and he checked our oil and said it looked brand new and told us we didn’t need an oil change yet and to have it done in 2000 miles. Then he filled up our washer fluid and told us we didn’t owe him anything and to be safe in our travels. Highly recommend this place of business !!!”

“We were driving from Boston to Cleveland and ran over a piece of metal on I90 and punctured a hole in the sidewall of my front tire. I just happened to find this shop by chance as my tire was going flat. They explained to me the problem and called around to get 2 new tires and get me back on the road to finish this leg of our trip in 90 minutes. They were very knowledgeable about my car, a Mercedes Benz E350 and what needed to be done properly so we could continue on our long road trip. We were passing thru the area and desperate to get the car repaired. His prices were spot on for what we would have paid our mechanic back in Boston.
