I love going here to shop. You won't find very many good deals as you would think because it's an outlet. But I just love the huge selection of stores available to shop.

I love traveling from New York City to this destination to shop. The location is clean and not ghetto. I know for the name brand retailers they have security and au feel safe shopping at this location. The prices are unbeatable and great selections to choose from. The service here is impeccable and I truly have no complaints what's so ever when spending the day here.

NEVER EVER go ON Black Friday! EVER! Traffic is horrendous, trying to get into facility is preposterous, and if, by some miracle, you're able to get in, crowds * lines to get into stores are ridiculous. Better to go week before or when it's less crowded. Being a Simon-run property, there are a lot of high-end stores. Food selections are decent, if get hungry. It's truly best when you have game plan on where you're going to and where to park.

So many nice stores here. Was odd that they made you wait on lines for some stores. We skipped the ones with the lines. Lines are only for rides not for shopping stores

This is a great outlet mall. Firstly, it's about halfway between NYC and the Poconos, and conveniently right off the highway. There are a ton of great stores and restaurants. While not all shops are great bargains, most of them are. I'm not super into shopping, and even I was hooked by some truly great deals for quality items. My boyfriend is super into shopping and he lost his freaking mind. We were on a time limit during our visit but he told me he wanted to come back and spend a full day here. I think he would probably stay in a hotel on site, if that was an option. The main part of the outlets is laid out like a little village whose areas interconnect. It can be tricky to navigate and you might miss some stores if you're in a hurry like we were, but overall it's pretty easy to get around. Be sure to stop at the info desk first to grab a map and sign up for VIP so you get extra deals. You can also often score additional promotions by signing up for store programs. Some nice upscale casual restaurants as well. Overall, the majority of the staff were very friendly. If you're into outlet malls, this is definitely is the area's gem.
