Excelent customer service and very freiendly staff. We spent more than an hour and purchased a bunch of watches for gift.Laili and Hailey were really paicent and helpful as we were a big group.The store has a nice collecton.Definetly coming back.

Excellent customer service. My wife couldn’t make up her mind and every employee was super helpful and patient and not at all pushy. It’s bothersome when sales people don’t understand boundaries and this team was perfect. Available the moment we had questions without being over bearing. We ended up purchasing a watch and just wanted to shout out Laili and Lory specifically for excellent service.

What an amazing experience at the watch station at Woodbury Commons! Lorraine was an amazing representative for the brand, as she answered all my questions, went above and beyond for what I was looking for. I loved how truthful she wise, how excited she was that I was shopping there, as well as a partnership and collaboration she had with her staff. Everyone was so fun and friendly, it just makes shopping with the store more enjoyable! I was shopping for Michele watched and she helped find what I needed as I had concerns regarding the time hands and being able to see in the dark. I have never seen an leader care so much about her clients, than Lorianne. I live two hours away from the store, yet, I felt like I was shopping at home. I will be in touch with the store as I will be looking for my next Michele watch! Please give kuddos to Lorianne as well as Kwai! She was sweet as well ;)

What an incredible experience!! We went to get batteries changed and had the most wonderful professional friendly staff Lorraine and Kwai treat us like we were their family sitting down to dinner!! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for watches or needing batteries changed or just to stop in and say hi to these beautiful women!! Thank you so much.

My fiancé and I visited the Watch Station today to find watches for our wedding and honeymoon and Jolie was so helpful. She took her time explaining and showing us different options. We will definitely visit again thanks to her.

I came to get several watches fixed to fit my wrist. Chelsea, the sales representative, was absolutely amazing! She was very welcoming and so patient with me. We walked into the Watch Station store and were immediately greeted by Lorraine and Lolli. Lorraine helped us try on different watches. We fell in love with a gold Madison mid with diamonds. Lolli helped to make it the perfect fit! When another person in our party wanted the same watch, Lorraine tracked it down for her. Both Lorraine and Lolli are kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I am so happy we came in, and we will back. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent service and amazing prices!! The staff (loli and Chelsea) were very attentive and helpful. They paid special attention to size my watches correctly, and also made sure they grabbed ones with the newest battery. They also have good sales I got 3 watches, (2 fossil) and 2 bracelets for under $200. Also great warranty.

One of the highlights of my NYC class trip was the pilgrimage to the Woodbury Outlets in NJ.Briana was very helpful and showed me a wide selection of watches from various brands that were within my price range. I ended up choosing a stylish all-black Michael Kors watch. The store has a great selection of watches and wonderful customer service. Overall, it was a really lovely shopping experience.
