Poor customer service limits sales. When will retailers figure out this simple fact. This is a huge store, why do they only have 2 dressing rooms open? There at at least 7 rooms, but it's "their policy" to only open 2. And, it's not about monitoring because no one was doing that! After 20 minutes and a line of 8 people ahead of me, I just put an arm full of merchandise back and left. Open the darn dressing rooms. Also, when I asked for them to open one because of the line, they said no. Really?

First time shopper at this Brand. My father requested some items from this store for Christmas. The location is huge and they do have a smaller store next door for kids. I ended purchasing a gift card to many options to choose from but sales associate at the cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable made my transaction easy.
