I had a great experience shopping with Nick at Theory. He was incredibly nice and patient throughout the entire process, even though I tried on a lot of outfits before making my decision. I ended up purchasing a few items, but his helpfulness and professionalism never wavered. I really appreciated his approach, and I’ll definitely be back!

Worst shopping experience ever. Paid for shipping which is a huge red flag already as most stores in this outlet does not charge for shipping. Label created on Aug 21 and no shipping update as of right now. Called 5 times, on hold over 10 minutes each to get a tracking number to just show UPS dose not even have the package yet. Every other store (Vince, Vineyard Vines, Gucci) I shopped that day has provided shipping updates day of, and delivered before last Saturday (I live pretty close). Just shows how little the staff cares about customers here. No wonder offline retail is dying.

The manager with the ellen de generous hair was very rude and i was profiled during my visit and felt discriminated. i noticed her being very sharp and rude when customer service is a part of her job.

I had a great experience at this store today. I was looking for a suit and they had a great selection with numerous sizes. The layout of the store was spacious and easy to navigate. Emily was the sales associate who assisted me today. She was amazing! super helpful and made great suggestions. I found everything I was looking for and more! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for suits. The customer service and the selection was excellent.

The Woodbury Commons store has a great selection and the store is clean and well organized, but the most exceptional thing about this store is the customer service. On my last trip I had the great luck to be helped by Tarrel. He was fantastic! He found out what I was looking for and within minutes he had a armful of perfect choices. He made this shopping experience a 10 out of 10.
