Went to the store to have my Carrera sent out for service for the first time. David did a great job of explaining how the whole process went in great detail. While I was there my wife also had a look around the store and ended up with her first Tag Heuer, an aquaracer!

One of the best watch buying experience. Cathy was very accommodating with our request. She took out of the way steps to secure us a leather belt and made our watch a pleasant experience. Other staff is also helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to the entire staff!!!
