They didn't have what I wanted & one staff member said just that, " we dint have that item only the regular stores have it!". However, another staff member overheard the conversation and jumped in to say, "But we can order it for you and have it shipped for free!" Which was great because I drove there for this particular item, which was a birthday gift. The item was shipped directly to the birthday girl!

The most disgusting customer service ever. I found a wallet, asked to put it on hold while shopping. An associate sells the wallet to another customer under the assumption I was "shopping with them". I walked into the store alone and by myself, so How they associated me with another group is beyond me, and me and the other customers are both African American. After informing me that he thought I was with the other group, he just stared at me as if it was my fault. After Asking him how he was going to rectify the mishap on his end, his associate had to inform him to try to order the wallet for me. If I wasnt such a fan of the brand I would have walked out.

Not a very vast selection, you’re better off finding a deal online. I was dressed very casually, I stopped at the outlets on a whim on my drive upstate. I was followed around very closely, throughout the entire store. The experience was very uncomfortable. Everything I touched or even just looked at was immediately touched by the worker right after. I would’ve made a purchase if this did not happen.
