My wife can be a UNT with a K…. Hard K…. Nicole is a heaven sent angel…. We had small issues…. ALL TOTALLY resolved…. Would come back here again after they restock…. One caveat…. Not much in terms of “icon” t-shirts for 18 yo pubescent Asian blooded men…. God bless America and as u may guess I hate to shop…. BUT having fun is my speed…. Don’t die & Have FUN…. KENZO 4EVER…

Couldn’t enter. 10 people were in line with me that gave up. They were only letting 1 person at a time in for some crazy reason. Every other store is more sensible. I LOVE Kenzo, but skip this store if in Woodbury commons… absurd.

There’s more employees than customers in the store. Yet they still make you wait on an unnecessary line. I don’t know how they are making their sales goal.Also, all the classic sweatshirts are pretty much retail price. Anything that’s on “sale” can be found on their retail website for the same price. Waste of time

The superb service provided by Mr. James Rivera was impeccable. From the upbeat greeting upon entering the store, providing details about the products, the cost saving sales and the ability to upsale other accessories. Outstanding customer service provided, making holiday shopping so much easier for my family.

Yesterday My Sister’s and I had the pleasure of spending My Sister Joy’s Birthday shopping in Central Valley NY better known as Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. We made it to KENZO!! Boy oh Boy were we excited!! Sooo many fashion options for both men and women. Please by all means ask for JAMES. He was our KENZO SPECIALIST yesterday 9/6/21. He is extremely knowledgeable about the KENZO BRAND, SPECIAL PROMOTIONS AND LOCATIONS OF KENZO hard to find present and past seasons fashions.... NEEDLESS TO SAY JAMES WAS A GODSEND.
