They had the best selection of any store after a strong lack of options from every other designer outlet during this trip. All items are final sale like other stores. Thanks Givenchy!

Does this sales team of purely amazing individuals even realize that they are my best friends in the whole wide world? Probably not but that's okay, in my own head we are all besties.I went in last evening very close to closing and although they were extremely busy with organizing the store for an important corporate visit and also attending to a bit of a picky customer, they could not have been more attentive and accommodating.Ralyn, who is one of their incredible sales professionals usually assists me but with her being engaged with another customer, others on the sales team jumped in to help me, including their lovely store manager, who I might add, definitely sets the harmonious tone for this store. I love Ralyn but I understood and it all worked out perfectly. THANK YOU!!!From the security team to the store manager and all of the great staff in between. You cannot go wrong here. I walked away with yet another great purchase that I can rock here in our little Rhode Island.Thank you for always being unpretentious and welcoming. My shopping experiences at Givency are always phenomenal because of you.I should probably add photos of some of my incredible purchases but I'm so lazy. Sorry!

It’s not a good idea to deal on 1 customer at a time. Sales won’t boost on that kind of policy. I was planning to get the black T-shirt but my husband told me not to buy from this store for letting us wait. Such terrible, that 1 client whom we wait didn’t even buy anything. Got the basic T-shirt from Nieman Marcus instead.

I had an amazing experience last week at this store, the customer service was exceptional. It was quite busy but both associates were still more than happy to not only assist me but also take the time out to share information on what’s new within the house and also ask me about my opinions. Beside the staff that helped me I’ll give her 5 stars she was so sweet and helping me but after I spent over 2 thousands was shocked to find out I could not return anything but just exchange I mean cheaper stores gives you your money back it’s terrible their cheapest bags are over 1300 their and not even so secure like the cheap bag from ordinary store most of the shoes I tried were so stiffed even when I went a size up they don’t have a lot of options jewelry were given to me in a plastic bag no box for such a high end store like this the presentation is horrible my suggestion spread your money on cheaper brands cause you only paying for names
