i bought a watch for $109 08/23/24 and the next day 08/22/24 online the same watch is for $92 and the online live helper wont issue me a refund as the store and online website don't work with each other and as tourist i do not have time to go back into the store to refund the watch, all i expected was a refund of the difference as the price dropped only a day after

Last Sunday I went to buy a watch for myself and another for a gift and I was treated in the best possible way. Jodie and Fernando were extremely friendly, they took all the time to advise me, help me choose the perfect watch according to what I was looking for and they engraved me the watch as well. I traveled all the way from Connecticut and would definitely do it again just for Jodie, she really was a love.

I was there a few days ago and Gisselle was such s delight. She took her time in helping me find a watch. She went out of her way to show me watches online as well! She made my experience at Fossil 10x better.

Shamika was amazing! Very knowledgeable and so eager to help find the right watch for me! I have to say the store was clean and very easy to shop. The entire team was friendly ! Shamika and Aleene within the fossil store were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me with their knowledge on smart watches and their accessories. Each one was pleasant to speak with and guided me around the store's wide selection of watches and spare watch bands. I absolutely would come back here for another watch.

I’ve shopped at the Fossil Outlet in Woodbury for some time now, this is usually where I go for gifts for loved and I’ve always had an awesome experience. One associate in particular always helps me when I visit the store her name is Gisselle . I was shopping for an anniversary gift for my partner and she helped me pick out the perfect watch and was very patient with me . Since it was an anniversary gift she suggested I get the watch engraved with something to make it special . It was overall a great experience .

The person (Gisselle) who was helping us was very unwelcoming and rude. The whole store was empty. We were the only customer. She was just on her phone browsing social media. Any question we asked she got annoyed. We’ve been going there for years but never had such a terrible experience. Very disappointed.

Absolutely loved their collection especially the accessories. I thought some of the bags were very expensive for the lackluster style but I also like that they were unique.
