Huge Celine fan in general and first time at one of their outlet stores and wasn’t left disappointed. Definitely a hit or miss (as it’s usually the case with outlets) based on current inventory but the staff is super friendly and welcoming without being pushy or arrogant and I was able to find something nice.

Manager Michelle is like the nicest. She was so kind and helpful when I was shopping there. I accidently left my personal belonging, and she would even mail it safety to me. Best shopping experience ever.

I was excited to find out that there was a Celine store in this mall! I got a pair of sneakers for a fraction of its market price, while the same style is still available on the market for more than double the price. Also, if you are into old Celine items, this store definitely is a gem!

Suppose to open at 10am, it’s 10:52am, and the doors are still locked. The associates are inside chatting, offered no information as to why it’s still closed.

I recently had placed an order with the store and was helped by Caitie. She was truly wonderful and offered such great communication. She was so quick to respond, and got my order to me just in time for a wedding I was going to. I also appreciated the hand written note (such a thoughtful touch). They also still had some gems from Phoebe's time!
