The staff at the previous store was much more responsive, Staff at new store is friendly (though a bit slow), doorman is super rude (like at most of the high end stores in that mall).There is almost nothing that you’ll like, when you do it’s usually available in very odd sizes (xxxl or xxsmall), most of the merchants are extremely outdated (check shirt with heavy embroidery, leather jacket with big square patches) not relevant. May we’ll find something in the shoes section but the discounts are very low (10% to 25%).

This is a store at the Woodbury outlets. It's really clean and beautiful. There's a lot of free parking because it's at the outlets. Service was lots and helpful.

today june 5th ; i never usually leave reviews ; i came to this location saturday june 4th from nyc ; about 55 minutes away from woodberry commans . as i have most my life . i had bought 2 pairs of balenciagas one pair for myself one pair for my child . unfortunately the style i chose for my child runs small ! i was never notified by the shop associate at purchase that it is a final sale with absolutely no exchange & i couldn't change to go a size up ! remind you i notified the clerk one pair was a purchase for my child for her birthday ! 24 hours later ; a single mom at that ; as most people i work extremely hard !!!!! when the manager gerado tried to "assist" me he had such a disgusting disrespectful attitude! 1,000 dollars down the drain ! please steer clear of this location modern day robbery at its finest ive never been so disappointed in my life !

Balenciaga in Woodbury Commons has a very friendly team of sales associates who provide nice customer service to their clients. The store was clean and had a nice variety of leather goods. I went in looking for a pair of sneakers, but they had very limited stock and very bold color ways (neons, bright colors, etc.) The ready to wear section was packed with plenty of options. Ultimately, I was a little let down that they didn't have my size in the majority of the shoes, but would return to check out some of their other pieces and to see if they eventually get some Triple S in a size 44.

I went to this store a few days after my bday to treat myself to something special. It was a few minutes before closing and I couldn’t make up my mind. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Angelica was a consummate professional and went out of her way to help me make the perfect selection. She also helped me secure a bag from another location that was no longer in stock. Thanks again Angelica. Your service was exceptional and I look forward to shopping with you in the future.

The wait times outside are unnecessary. Masks are required indoors anyway, it looks like they have enough staff - why do shoppers need to wait outside for 45+ minutes? If you’re unsure on what to buy, don’t waste your time here because you probably won’t find anything anyway.

I came in looking to buy a pair of tracks. At the time, it wasn’t available. Yarley took the time to note down my number and keep me updated. She provided beyond great customer service. She assured me when the tracks were back in stock, (didn’t forget about me) and I was able to get them 2 weeks later. I am happy with her service, and she is recommended to all customers!! ?

My husband and I stopped by the store this past Monday as I had been wanting to purchase a bag from the store. I can truly say I rather drive 2+ hours to another store than ever purchase from this one. The stereotyping and blatant disrespect we faced from one saleswoman in particular will make me never purchase from this store. My husband and I had been running errands all day and were in very casual clothing, ie; sweatpants. When we entered the store I walked right over to where the handbag I wanted was and began to examine the bag, making sure this is the one I wanted.From across the sales floor a saleswoman comes and tries to act inconspicuous and she watched my husband and I fiercely. Pretending to be looking at different fixtures, acting distracted, all while intentionally making eye contact multiple times with us. Mind you she never greeted us, asked if we needed help, offered her name, nothing. We knew we were being watched. We both ignored it and I continued to look at the bag and compare colors. The saleswoman comes to the table the bags are on, slams her hands on the table and just stares at me and my husband. In complete silence, not one word said. Not only making both of us feel incredibly uncomfortable but also infuriated. I had wanted a pleasant shopping experience after a busy day but here we were being stalked and intimidated. I finally looked her in her face and she proceeds to finally ask me if I’m doing okay. I tell her she has made me incredibly uncomfortable as she has stood over us on our shoulders the entire time we had been in the store. After telling her this she offers absolutely NO apology, NO further assistance or any kind of explanation. She just walks away in silence.I was ready to purchase this bag but was instead treated maliciously based on my outfit of choice. A woman came in after me in a designer outfit with a Gucci Dionysus crossbody bag and no one stood over her or suspected she was going to steal from the store. It also begs the question of whether we were being stalked due to my husband being a Brown Hispanic man and us both being in “lazy” clothes. My experience in this store is absolutely awful the staff here need intensive training on ethics and discrimination. I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy from this store to not do so as you probably will only get your level of customer service based on your choice of clothing.
