There is a trend at this shopping mall. No smiles, frustrated representatives. But these guys where a bit better… didn’t want to look for items without encouraging them.

Horrible shopping experience in this store during the holiday season. One of the salesmen (a guy) was very mean and rude! I got fresh masks for me and my friend from their mask station before shopping in the store. Unfortunately we could not find anything in the store so we left, and I heard the salesperson said “they just came in and took our masks” when we leaving the store. This is so rude! I was offended and returned the masks to their mask station. No shopping no mask? What a joke?! I will never shop in this store and the brand anymore!!!

Not the largest selection for choices but a well put together store nonetheless. There were long queuing times when we visited due to COVID, so be prepared to wait as they are only allowed a few people in the store at a time due to its size.

I was in NYC for about 2 weeks and you can already guess what I was doing a majority of my stay... Shopping! I was reccomended by some of my family members to check the Woodbury outlets. I was shocked to see Acne Studios! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by all the workers and they were super helpful and welcoming. They told me about how this is the only AS outlet store in the country which is really cool. I love the material of their clothing, the fit, & the style. In addition, the products sold at this store had great deals. I bought a pair of dark blue jeans with a unique wash-- originally $350, bought for only $88! What a steal! Also, shoutout to the young girl, around my age that helped pick out various jean sizes for me in the back to try on. She was suggesting the fits for the jeans I wanted and which sizes I should try. The customer service was unmatched. Other AS stores don't have this same environment. Wish I knew their names lol. I will definitely come back when I'm in NYC again!
