I went in early on a Saturday morning and the sweetest store associate helped me with returns and exchanges. As a mom of 3 younger children, I don't get a lot of time alone, let alone time to go into a store to try clothes on and shop. I purchased around 25 articles of clothing online and some worked and some didn't. Joseph didn't make me feel bad about bringing in returns as some places do and he was super patient while I asked him a bunch of questions about the exchange process, which I had already started online to mail in, but then came in to the store.

Cashiers don’t have the proper training. They don’t respect the sticker prices and make up their own rules. Avoid this location.

This location definitely needs a lot re-training on their staff members. Instead of yapping about shoulda, coulda, woulda - gossiping about their personal life; maybe they shoulda, coulda, woulda focus on what they are paid to do - take care of customers coming into the store.

Great clothes at reasonable prices.... if there is one brand that can give RL a run for their money, it is A&F. But please hire salespeople who are interested in selling rather than gossiping and giggling
