Not happy! I don't appreciate the unprofessional service I received. I do not feel like as a customer I should ever be called "bro". Trying to be hip doesn't earn brownie points. My "life signed away" as the salesman stated then I signed for a $30k truck. I was less than 15 miles away and the truck started smoking like crazy. I had to pull over on side of highway that had construction going on, it was a mess. Tire was smoking due to a bad caliper which they kindly replaced when I had to drive back. There was an issue with the drivers side window they said that they fixed and it's not fixed. As I was taking a more detailed look at vehicle I noticed that my front headlight is cracked and potentially get water inside and create an entire new set of problems. I will be calling first thing in the morning to get these things figured out. It's absolutely mind blowing that you can leave a car lot with a "new" vehicle and could have potentially caused/been involved in major accident. If that wheel caught on fire, could have been terrible. I would not have even complained or made this review but I received a lovely automated message asking about my experience. P.s. the guys in service were great when it came to the caliper issue.

Great service as always. Went in for inspection and they had my vehicle in within 5 minutes of my arrival. And with purchasing it there the inspection is free

Had a convo on the phone with a lady who told me “it looks like a few banks will work with me” I know my credit is not good at all. I tried to see if they can atleast start the process on the phone before I drove the 45 minutes. Again I was told that a few banks would work with me. So with that I drove 45 minutes to find out it was quite the opposite. Very rude, did not feel comfortable at all. I was spoken to like I was an idiot.

We went here hoping to finance a new vehicle. We were told we'd need a co-signer or a large down-payment. The next day we got a message saying to call they had great news. They found a lender to approve us for a loan. They definitely went above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle and one that we love. The salesman Greg was awesome. Always answered calls n text right away. Explained everything we needed to know. And was overall the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. Thank you Whittakers for getting us into a a great new vehicle.
