“Great introductory prices. Can only pre-pay for 6 months then the cost goes up a LOT, but they will do their best to work with you. If you go in the winter, bring a shovel to clear out in front of your unit where the plows can't reach. I had a slide which didn't want to slide well and the attendant went right out to it to take care of it. No issues with leakage with the MASSIVE amounts of rain (and snow) we have had since February. Very helpful staff.”
“I needed a storage unit fast. A week later I had to get a second storage unit. I felt secure in getting a second unit. There was a death in the family, and I was not expecting to need a storage unit to make room in the house for as many family coming to stay over. I am in a special circumstance where I needed two units, one for the family & one just for myself. There are plenty of different size options available for rent including larger ones than the two I needed.
Scot is amazing, and very knowledgeable when I had questions regarding the storage facility like the difference between climate controlled units vs enclosed outdoor storage units, etc. I was confident with the facility to get a second unit. The later gate access time drop off for storage is also a bonus. I do intend to reduce the number of storage units I have and may get a larger unit so I can move all my storage from another storage facility and bring everything to A-Verdi.”
“they have been easy to deal with even when we wanted to move sites (our choice). they can auto pay the rent which I wanted for ease. I would definitely recommend this site if you have an RV or large vehicle to store. the lots are paved and well maintained. they have cameras for security and each person has a code so they know who accesses the facility.”

“Michelle was great to work with! We rented for a little over 2 years while building our new house. We had 2 units, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Both stayed dry, without pests or any other issues. We had a billing issue that Michelle was able to solve quickly and her auto payment system was great. When we were able to consolidate down to 1 unit that wasn't an issue either; can't say enough good things about our experience. Although we are leaving the state, if we ever needed a unit in the future we would certainly use her again and will certainly recommend to anyone!”
“Great storage facility with various unit sizes. It's much smaller compared to other facilities but that makes it feel more personable and not overwhelming. Excellent staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The office sells a variety of moving supplies to include boxes, packing paper, tape, etc. Easy access into and out of the facility. The location is good; close to highway 481 with easy entry and exit. There is a U-Haul around the corner for additional supplies and moving trucks and trailers. Overall I have been satisfied with the services here and recommend it to anyone needing short or long term storage.”

“Love love love Store America! Clean units, wonderful staff, completely secure. We (very unfortunately) had to last minute rent a unit at public storage because Store America didn’t have a second one available in the size we needed and we had to store things quick. Public Storage has been an absolute nightmare- Dirty units, (HUGE oil stain upon move in, was told “Well if you want, you can clean it before you put stuff in”, (ummmm, that’s your job), terrible policies, RODENTS, the fence around is also broken in several places so anyone can get in at anytime, just awful awful) store America had taken such good care of us, had something personal happen and was several weeks late on payment. They were patient, and even waved all fees, in doing so I was able to pay an extra month. I recommend 200%., and anyone who I know, who mentions they might need storage, I can’t say enough good things about this place when telling them to come here. Thanks guys!”

“I rented a new unit and went to go in on a Saturday night. My code wouldn’t work to get in the building. I called and left a message figuring I would have to wait till Monday morning. Nope. Not even 2 minutes later I got a callback with a temporary code! Amazing service! People are soo nice and always willing to help! No other storage company I’ve used has been as great as B&C!”
