The service team Mike and the other guy whose name I can't remember were great with communicating the issues and estimates to complete the job. Knowing overall cost was a concern, he provided recommendations with the services he felt were the priorities that should be done during this visit and other services that could wait a little longer. That was very helpful in deciding on what needs to be done since I'm not a mechanic.
I had a platinum vehicle warranty plan purchased at another Chevy dealership when buying the vehicle that covered some of the repairs. There was a discrepancy with the amount the warranty company would pay per hour and what the dealership charges per hour so I had to pay the difference. For bigger jobs (my overall total bill was $4,000+ including the warranty repairs) it would have been nice to have the hourly rate for the warranty repairs match what the warranty company was paying instead of having to pay that difference on top of an already large repair bill. Overall the experience was great and the service team was fantastic.

Joel and David were awesome! Joel helped me order the vehicle and David stepped in last minute when I came to pick it up to help me learn all of the features with my new traverse. I didn't feel rushed and felt completely comfortable when I drove away in my new vehicle.
