All pumps are pumping about 1 gallon every minute. I decided to write a review while I wait for 20 minutes to fill my tank. She asked me to hold the noozle over my head. Pretty sure she just wanted me to look silly to everyone driving by cause it didn't help. 3 other dudes pumping gas right now are equally annoyed.

False advertising of hours and prices. Staff is constantly focused on personal stories, friends, and actions. Staff openly ignores paying customers to talk to personal individuals about ’drug adventures.

Worst customer service ever! And you would think in such a trashy establishment they might try harder. Instead though, they go out of their way to show you how rude they can be! Pay attention to your local laws before you lie to customers!

A waste of time calling this company. January 2018 deep freeze is happening right now. I called this morning to have a service call but they refused to take on a new customer in this emergency situation. I clarified for the woman on the phone that I bought the boiler from Oneida Lake Energy Products and have had service in the past. She couldn't find me in the system and refused to take on as a new customer. I used to work for the previous owners, the Wiedenbeck family. I invested in a furnace from them and have had service done in the past. To call during a no heat situation for a boiler problem I find it absolutely ridiculous that a company can't take on new customers because I haven't needed any service done in a few years. Don't waste your time contacting these jokers. There are plenty of other options in the nearby area. Stay away from Mirabito gas stations too.

On Friday march 3rd i pulled into mirabito gas station store # 62. 680 n. main st in central square@ 9:13 a.m. to get gas because my gas light came on. keep in mind i drove 72 miles already. i pumped $ 15.00 worth of gas drove .7 miles THATS RIGHT LESS THAN 1 MILE. down the road and the car stalls and will not start. i made it down route 49 to the little canada rd. got the car towed back to the shop checked everything over and found water in my gas tank. i called and talked to the GM Don that same day and told him what was going on and he said he would send a report up to his boss. i have been dealing with the compliance office to this day march 21st. they said they took samples and ran test and said that there was no water found and there was nothing more they could do. i called back today to get the fuel report that they said they did and Nancy from the compliance office said that more than likely that i wouldn't be able to get the said report. at any point in all my phone calls did any employee of Mirabito apologize or say sorry for the problem. just for the record i rated a 1 star because it wouldn't let me put no stars. my total in damages is $ 1,600.00 that im not going to pay for. i also have fuel samples for anyone who would like to see.

I called your business today and was extremely upset after speaking with you. You would not make a service call to my home because the manager said I have not used them for fuel in four years. Well, that is correct, but, the reason that I haven't needed fuel is that the furnace in the garage is only used on Christmas. You installed the furnace and tank and fuel four years ago. I have such a large family now that I have the celebration in the garage and that is why I needed it fixed TODAY!!! I used your company at the instance of my mother-in-law (Pat O'Neill) who was friends with the Wiedenbeck's for many years. After my husband (her son) passed away she was insistent that I use you. I will NEVER recommend your business to anyone. I am truly disappointed that a local business doesn't care about a customer.
