After spending an hour on/off the phone with customer service on the phone & after that frustration, I walked into the store at 6:30p (they close at 7p) Amanda was AWESOME! She fixed my phone & helped me calm down because I went in & I kept thinking the guy on the phone made me feel stupid. Dude, I'm old & I'm not a technician! Thank you Amanda for your help & your patience! You're truly an asset to the Route 31 Clay store & Verizon!!! ??????????”
“I went in to get a new phone but had an issue with remembering an old Apple ID password. Hailen and Nick went above and beyond with walking me through exactly what I needed to do. They got everything taken care of for me and set me up with a new phone, watch and home internet. They even saved me some money with working out a new plan. Outstanding service and great people!”

8063 Brewerton Rd, Cicero“Scheduled an appointment to upgrade my iPhone X to a 15Pro. Arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately helped by Kenzie. She quickly got the phone I wanted (to begin the mirroring process) and told us about the discount for accessories. We continued to shop for a new case, screen protector and wireless charger. She expertly answered my questions (after reading multiple reviews on the phone I selected) . She also assisted with a question about my iPad’s mail issue.
My experience from start to finish was excellent! I recommend Kenzie (or Dan, the manager) for any of your cell phone or Verizon needs.”

3837 NY-31, Liverpool“Mike & Abby at the Spectrum store on route 31 in Liverpool NY were very friendly and helpful. I walked in extremely mad, they resolved isue in less than 2 minutes. They resolved the issue after me going to store to rollback the phone to the original setup, twice and leaving me with no service. sales person setting it up said if it doesn't work to call her, explained once I had no home phone.
