“Went in tonight to get a fuse for a buddy’s furnace. Well welcomed as soon I was walked in the store. I asked the cashier (I didn’t get name) showed her what I needed she told me what aisle it was in how far in it was and while still at the counter she told me to look at the very bottom. Very pleased since I was in a hurry I didn’t have to look she knew exactly where it was. I will definitely be returning for future needs. 10 out of 10”

“The best customer service hands down beats all the other stores.I drive 30 miles to go there versus 3 mi to go to Lowe's. Home Depot has the best selection and the higher quality of items. I also like their website a lot better than many others. They've been out of a long time and I think they've got it perfected. I have been going to the store in Clay, New York for over 20 years. “I love Lowe's for any home improvement project. I have always encountered exceptional customer service there as well. I am not really a Do-It-Myself person so when I find someone to ask what aisle something is in, or ask what they would recommend they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I still do not know how the people who work there know so much about whatever department they work in. But I have no complaints. I will continue to purchase home improvement items there again and again.”

“Omg these ladies up there! At almost 7pm, my kid ran in with her bleeding chicken her arms covered in blood. A beak trimming gone wrong- super clot did not help its what we had at home- Nicole took her right to the back to the pet wash area dripping blood all over the floor. She applied the clotting powder to get it stopped. We purchased some to bring home along with anti bacterial chicken spray stuff. They were all super nice and understanding of our situation. We thank you ladies all so much. Bleeding did stop and she seems OK now. Hopefully she recovers well.Here is picture of Ta Ka pre beak trimming fiasco making herself comfy in my purse”
