“Omg these ladies up there! At almost 7pm, my kid ran in with her bleeding chicken her arms covered in blood. A beak trimming gone wrong- super clot did not help its what we had at home- Nicole took her right to the back to the pet wash area dripping blood all over the floor. She applied the clotting powder to get it stopped. We purchased some to bring home along with anti bacterial chicken spray stuff. They were all super nice and understanding of our situation. We thank you ladies all so much. Bleeding did stop and she seems OK now. Hopefully she recovers well.Here is picture of Ta Ka pre beak trimming fiasco making herself comfy in my purse”

“I mean it's a Walmart, lol. There's always going to be a mix of friendly and rude people. It's all about mindset though. I've went and had terrible experiences with rude, ignorant staff members, but I wouldn't base my whole opinion of a place off of a few workers. You never know what kind of day/life someone is having already. I've also had some pleasant experiences with workers, usually if I ask for help, someone is always willing to help me, but other than that, I don't really come in contact with anyone anyways. I'm there to get my stuff and get out, lol. I usually do the delivery and pick-up option to save on time and because I don't always have a vehicle. I've had very few "issues" with delivery, but usually I just have to call and they immediately remedy the situation for me and I end up getting stuff for free. It's a win-win honestly. I think my only real problem would be getting mushy/moldy produce sometimes with delivery, but I usually just opt to go pick out the produce myself to avoid that all together. All around, I like shopping here and I know where everything is for the most part.”
