Since your new store on East Ave. opened. Your store on route 11 Hastings has gone way downhill. It is dirty people are unprofessional, they have people making sandwiches and ice cream. They don’t know what they’re doing. The ice cream area and part of the deli area are very dirty. They’re leaving the window of the ice cream area open when no one is there so the place is full of flies. i’ve been overcharged for small ice cream cones three times they’ve charged me almost $10 for two small ice cream cones. Then I go to the new one I get medium ice cream cones for a little over half that so someone must be or something. If you’re not going to train , your employees and cleanliness and being professional with their customers, you might as well close. I will go to the new location before I go back to this one.

It's always dirty and every time I order pizza they either don't make it or give away when I get there. Some days I'm scared to be there. The worker sketch me out and make fell uncomfortable.

Don't ask them to honor the posted sale price. All you get is attitude and "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do" so I ask for a manager and them to take down the expired sale sticker. While I'm half way out the door, I am kicked out by the pretend manager because I already cashed out and arguing over a gallon of milk. Super customer service. Try the new one in central square, way more friendly people.

the only thing good about byrne dairy is their breakfast pizza and the fact theyre open 24hours....other than that they suck and should sometimes switch up their inventory

This store is a joke. 90% of employees have an attitude problem, no customer service skills at all, they go to work looking like a bunch of bums. I’ve gone there early in the morning and one girl has rap music blaring like it’s a damn club inside. It’s dirty inside. And lastly the septic that blows all over where the gas pumps are which is absolutely disgusting.

Plain and Simply, the management here is horrible. The food and Product is fine and good (usually) Every single time I come in this store, there are multiple managers during the morning time, and absolutely none at night, Everytime I've been here there isn't a single one at night except once in a blue moon. The staffing due to management is also horrible, AGAIN there is Soo many workers during the morning/day hours but at night there can be a maximum of 3 almost every night. It makes it impossible for someone to get things or food since they're always so strung to the bare minimum of people for a shift. Also has been many times where there has been 1 person working at night, then in the morning there are so many people that half of them get to just sit outside and mess around or smoke for HOURS. Don't expect to be able to bring anything up to the manager either she's a rude individual who will place blame on others and won't even hear out complains about certain employees because there's already so many. It's all ridiculous.

By far the worst Byrne Dairy in the area. The store is always a mess, the staff is always gossiping about each other while smoking right next to the entrance, might as well forget about food anytime after 11am there will be nothing available. They run a special on cheeseburgers on Wednesdays, too bad that even with a 45 minute call ahead we still couldn’t get that order on time. All while the septic tank is so bad you can barely stand pulling into the parking lot.

I'm leaving this a 1 star review because every weekend this place is always understaffed and it's getting really ridiculous. Most Sundays there's only 2 or hell even just 1 cashier there. Usually there needs to be atleast 4 which means the cashiers have to do DOUBLE the work. Please work on the management at this place if not then miswell not expect to have a business because all your staff is eventually going to leave. Honestly I don't think this place even deserves a 1 star review, if i could make it 0 I would. Just my opinion though!!!
